We love this place! Today we had the Mt. Falcon meatloaf and Huevos Rancheros. Both were fantastic. The portions were huge and well prepared. Our server, Alissa, was one of the most friendly, professional servers we have seen in a long time. She was really on top of it. We love to come here whenever we drive through Conifer.
We pop into the Conifer Cafe every month or so and we were there about 10 days ago. We keep going back because the service and the food are consistent and we like it. This visit my wife had the Avocado Toast with the sides it comes with and I had the two-egg Conifer Breakfast with the hash browns, bacon, and the fluffy pancake. Went in on a late Sunday morning after a backpacking trip. We (3) were starving to say the least - menu was large and easy to read so we decided quick. All said and done we were seated in moments and drinks mere moments after. Served even quicker.
