We grabbed take out from golden stix and it was ready fast and we were greeted quickly as we walked in to pick it up. Unfortunately the food itself tasted very ultra processed with little flavor or smell. We live in conifer and drive to Bailey for much better Chinese food.

My husband and I love going here, we probably go once a week. The decor has a nice ambiance and the staff is very friendly! We particularly like their lunch menu that comes with the main dish, plus soup (the hot and sour is great), plus a wonton, and an egg roll! It’s all great, we love it!
My favorite dish is the garlic chicken and my husband likes the General Taos chicken.

Until recently, I've had fine experiences here. Whenever I eat here, it's takeout as it was in the latest occasion I (attempted) to frequent Golden Stix. On the evening of April 29, 2025, at about 7:25 pm I called and placed an order for takeout and was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. Upon arrival, the two employees behind the counter could not locate my order in the POS system. Apparently the lady I spoke with on the phone never entered my order. The employees were minimally apologetic and their apology felt half hearted at best.

Went to eat for an early supper. The restaurant was very clean. The atmosphere was roomy, spacious and well lit in natural sunlight from all the large windows. The decor was in a minimalist oriental theme in tan , red , and black. There are both booth and tables for seating . The menu has a lot of choices with pictures in it. The entrees have protein choices and combinations to choose from. The service is friendly. The food was delicious. My food was served hot like it just cooked and was served fresh from out from the wok. The drink choices are as plenty as the food choices. I gave this restaurant 5 stars bc it met all the criteria that I would hope for when dining out. Oh and there was plenty of parking too. Literally right up close to the restaurant building which was nice also.

The rest of the food was awful and some of the worst items I've ever forced myself to eat. Food is supposed to be an aphrodisiac. While eating here I couldn't have a blissful thought. Rather, as I ate the food I could only have memoriea of the times I was homeless and eating to stay alive. The food here tastes as if it were bought from dollar tree freezers and microwaved, or as if it were half-cooked 8 hours ago and dropped in warm water. The sauce was the right flavor, but the food was cooked and stored horribly. The inside looks good but the food is so horrible I don't think anyone can genuinely walk out of those doors with a smile on their face.
I'm actually writing this review as I'm fighting through this dish, so to have a very honest review of how I feel in the moment. I did order the Combination Broccoli and a Thai Tea, but this dish is so awful I can't imagine anything else from here would be any different. It's the lack of care or passion in the culinary arts that has earned this restaurant a one-star review for my first time visiting.
Spare yourself the disappointment and pay a random 8yo to cook your food and you might be more satisfied with your meal

Excellent food and service. They were very prompt and attentive. I think the low reviews must be from the old ownership like some of the other reviews mentioned. Will definitely be back. The food was very good. Just a sidenote to management you could put a little review link QR code on the table asking if people are having a good experience and if so, please leave a review because I don't think a lot of people in Conifer realize this is under new management and very good food and service. Just a thought because this will help you get more fresh reviews. Thanks again!

Not only is this a very comfortable place to eat, the food is fantastic, prepared carefully and presented well. I love the choices in spice level also, so while I prefer something on the mild side, my companions can have something a bit more on the fiery side! The service is always friendly.
Parking: There are spots all around, even on the road behind the main part of the strip mall.
