Oyama Sushi & Ramen offers great food and staff. Appetizers arrive promptly, while sushi orders take a bit longer. The chashu is tender and crispy, and the sushi is fresh and tasty, with sashimi that melts in the mouth. The noodle texture is fine, and the broth can be elevated with a spicy paste. The tonkatsu and pork broth are just right, and the ramen, fried rice, katsu, and sushi are excellent. Prices are reasonable, and the service is very friendly.
