“The barbecue ribs were some of the best I've eaten. They have a really good peppery rub. They get smoked for 12 hours, so there is a beautiful smoke ring and they fall right off the bone.The pork sliders were also delicious, especially with the mango slaw.The barbecue beans were delicious. They use a secret ingredient which they will tell you if you eat at the restaurant.The macaroni and cheese was homemade. I could eat that for a meal by itself.The staff was super friendly, and the restaurant is really cute inside.“
“Want a good sit down breakfast that won't make you sick or have you waiting close to an hour for it? If you're in Cortez, CO, don't go to Denny's, go to Pipo's Cafe. It truly is good old-fashioned cooking at it's best. Even if it can be a little crowded, it's worth it. Try them if you ever get a chance. Their chicken fried steak is awesome.“
“Shishito peppers are delicious. Grilled to perfection and seasoned just right. I ordered the charbroiled bacon cheeseburger and it smelled amazing, was cooked to medium rare and they even had pepper Jack cheese. Did I say anything about spicy ketchup for the crunchy crispy fries?“
“The barflys can be scary to children. They meander and mumble and talk about inappropriate things loudly. Maybe don't sit kids near the bar. The food is amazing! The server we got was one of the worst. She completely ignored us a few times. We had to get up and ask someone else a few times. She seemed pretty loopy actually. This was my first time at Blondies where I was unhappy though. The chicken wings are perfection!Kid-friendliness: I would be selective with bringing kids and don't sit by the bar.“
“Really good food. Our grand daughters ordered the chicken addiction bowl ( a 5) and a half zesty nachos( a 4) respectively. My wife ordered a Brisk BBQ melt and added avocado (5 again). Mine was chicken fried chicken (3.5), the red potatoes were sorely lacking. Justin our server was good and efficient. The only distraction was two female wait staff having a loud discussion about the Supreme Court overturning Roe v Wade. Decor here was fun.“
“I can see what everyone is raving about. Just driving thru and was hungry and the place looked so quaint just had to stop. I see why everyone raves about the green chili cheeseburgers and their chocolate malt didn't disappoint either. I can tell the ranch is homemade and as such it was delicious as well.“
