Welcoming environment.The food had nice flavor,the food was good if you prefer your hot meals cold. Whatever meat temperature you choose for your hamburger just know that it will come out well done.Hopefully in the future more people can get hired on to help the staff

Great food, I had the Broiler chicken and it was obviously freshly made. Service was fast and efficient and the server even put a dog bowl out for my poodle. 5/5 would recommend!

I don't like to put bad reviews but when it takes 45 mins for fried mushrooms to come out and people that came in after we did got their food first and we ordered first. I just hope they get help cause place has good food. I am patient but should not take 45 min for a small appetizer. We got there at 650 and didn't get our food til 850 and for just 2 orders and your taking To go orders and they are getting their food before us.

I am so glad, at the last moment, that I changed my order to the shrimp and steak tacos. When the plate arrived there were three large tacos. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the steak had a wonderful marinade. The Pico on top was nicely balanced. This is one of the best meals I have eaten at a restaurant. To top it off, there was a side of roasted corn that was simply to die for. The service was great and it was a nice setting. Next year when we are back for the Cortez Celtic Fair, staying at the Quality Inn, we will make sure to come here for dinner.

What can I say. The service was great, our host and waitress were attentive and quick. The food was mid. The most mid. Not good, not bad. Just some food that we ate. It was also very quiet, so it made us feel like we needed to whisper. It was super dead at 6:30-7 on a monday. I ordered a cocktail and it was very weak. We are from Grand Junction and were in town to visit Mesa Verde and this was close to our motel. My advice is to drive a little farther and eat somewhere else.

Just passing through good food

My friend and I stopped in to eat and met the owners, very nice people, we talked for awhile because they rode a motorcycle like us. Highly recommend you stop in and eat.

Stopped for a drink and a sandwich on our way back from Mesa Verde; both were good.
Nice patio area where you can take your furry friend with you.

This place is a true gem. If you’re in Cortez or nearby this is your best bet. Great food, fantastic service and a great family atmosphere. We met the owner and his wife who were both extremely nice and friendly.

Took 10 minutes to get seated in an almost empty restaurant and even longer to get order taken. The side of onion rings i ordered had 1 actual ring and 3 leftover pieces from a bloom and the grease was old and used to hot. Had to wave the lady down to get a pop refill. She was more worried about the phone in her hand. She walked by our drink order sitting at bar 6 times before it was brought to us. Food was nothing to write home about. No wonder the place was not busy. Thanks but no thanks. For $100 bill it was definitely not worth it.

This was our first time eating here & I was glad we stopped. Stephanie our waitress was very good & very nice. I got an Asian Salad with Grilled Chicken & my husband got the Steakhouse Burger with fries.
Love it!! The Asian salad was fresh, crunchy & the chicken was not dry at all. My husband’s burger was amazing. .he gave me a bite. 🤭 He finished the whole plate & complimented how nicely the burger was seasoned. We both cleared our plates. We’ll definitely come here again when we’re in the area.

Ordered takeout, a mash up of sides and apps. All of it was so amazing and more than we were expecting. For example, the $3.50 side salad had a wonderful blend of greens, sweet peppers, grape tomatoes, etc. my baked potato was so good. And I LOVE that there is an option for just a little veggie plate. Fresh, fast, yummy. Only reason I gave service a 4 star is because they didn't know we had made an order, but it wasn't very busy and they got it out fast. Will definitely recommend.

Terrible. Had us waiting over 45 minutes and the food still wasn't out. Group came in after us and got their food before us. Staff was clueless and uncaring. Downright cruel treatment in a nearly empty dining room! Zero stars.
