we spent our anniversary dinner at Shiloh's and could not have been more pleased! I got the steak tips and my husband had the smoked ribeye, both were perfect. beautiful atmosphere and great service. highly recommend.
Had an extremely delicious dinner here last week during our Colorado trip. Food was incredible and our waiter outstanding. Sat on the patio which was delightful. Definitely recommend Shiloh!!!!!
We were in Cortez in August for two nights. We ate at Shiloh's the first night and it was so good, on our way out we made a reservation for the second night. The second night was equally great. Thank you, Tyler, for the tremendous service.

Shiloh Steak House serves outstanding dishes, including excellent ribeye, Buster Burger, and perfectly cooked filet. The restaurant accommodates dietary restrictions, offering Keto/Low carb options. Friendly wait staff provide great service. Enjoy delicious Caesar salads, and amazing bread and jam in a welcoming atmosphere. This is one of the best places to eat well in Cortez. The food is great, whatever you choose will be excellent. Enjoy eating out on the beautifully done patio with plenty of shade. For entrees, try the sirloin tips served with onions and mushrooms or the country fried elk with garlic mashed potatoes and country gravy. Start your meal with crispy fried clam strips, a fresh loaf of bread with butter and raspberry jam, or a tasty salad and soup.
