From the very beginning, communication was effortless—she immediately understood my vision and brought it to life perfectly. When my sister unexpectedly couldn’t pick up the cake as planned, they were incredibly understanding and kind, which I truly appreciated. The cake turned out exactly as I had asked for and envisioned, both beautiful and thoughtfully done. Thankfully they were able to sell it to another client.
