“We had a brisket sandwich and okra and a brisket wrap with waffle fries along with cocktails. I haven't had brisket that good since I left Texas 32 years ago. It literally melted in my mouth. Cocktails and wait staff were exceptional. I recommend J.W.'s to everyone! Next I will have Cajun food and expect to give the same answer! Excellent all across the board. Congratulations J.W.'s I don't have to wonder where to eat in Craig anymore!”

“Dummy & Crane is hands down our favorite bar in town. The owners and staff are genuinely some of the best people, and they’ve created such a welcoming place to hang out.

They always have something fun going on, whether it’s book club, game nights, comedy nights, history talks, or other community events. It feels like so much more than just a bar.

The drinks are fantastic (I’m obsessed with their espresso martini!), and I also really appreciate that they have a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks. My boyfriend doesn’t drink, and it’s nice that he can still order something fun and enjoy hanging out with everyone instead of feeling limited.

If you’re looking for great drinks, great people, and a place that really brings the community together, Dummy & Crane is it. We recommend it to everyone!”

“Normally we have coffee at home but this morning we were out. I was about to pull into McDonalds when I thought of the Mudd Shack. So I headed over. Having never been there and not really knowing what I should get cause I just like my coffee with sugar and cream. I conveyed this to the wonderfully nice lady working the shop and she suggested the Carmel and Cinnamon coffee. It was wonderful, it tasted like something but I couldn't put my finger on what, until my child gulped down half while I was turned away cooking breakfast and she then states "Mmmm that tastes like a cookie!" While I tried to be stern with her about not drinking my coffee I also realize she's my kid and will possibly have my lacking ability to function without the brain juice like me. That and she was totally right, it tastes like a snickerdoodle cookie! Will be a repeat customer, if nothing else just to have a full cup of delicious coffee to myself 😅”

“10 stars! Brought all the kids from cousin camp for ice cream and found the shop closed. Cindy saw all of their excited faces & immediately invited them in for kids cones. She was so patient and sweet to them! We’ll be back “during regular hours”. 😊😊”
