“Great food and excellent coffee. The chicken breakfast burritos are one of my favorites. A lot of what they offer is made in house or sourced locally. They have GF and Dairy free options, which is great for my family. Staff are friendly and inviting.”

“Came here with daughter who recommended it. Building is newer but appears to be older. Very cool. Jennifer was our waitress who was very friendly and helpful. I had Bistro Steak, wife and daughter had salads. We were all happy with our food taste and quality.”

“My daughter in law and grandson and I were on our way home from Glenwood Springs yesterday and we stopped here to get some food before driving back to Grand Junction. The young lady took our order but when we went to pay, discovered they do not take cards only cash. It was getting close to their closing time so we ran over to the gas station across the street to use their ATM and restroom. By the time we made it back with the cash, the Taqueria was closed. My daughter in law and I looked at each other and said OH NO! There was a car in the parking lot with a young man behind the wheel and in a few seconds the young lady who took our order came out from the back door. We apologized for taking so long as she must've waited for us as it was 20 minutes after eight. We told her we still wanted our food. I gave her the money and she returned with our order. She then asked if we wanted green or red hot sauce and she came right back with extra hot sauce and change which I told her to keep. Long story longer the food was hot and delicious and when we're up their way again we will definitely be going back. But everyone remember to bring cash!? FYI we ordered tacos, bean and cheese burrito.”

“Whether it’s for pizza, a full meal (Arugula salad is incredible) or a dessert (you won’t regret the coconut cream pie) - coming to Burning Mountain never disappoints. After moving to Silt last year, we tried every pizzeria in the area and fell in love with this spot in our town. The staff is friendly and always courteous, the quality of ingredients is great and they’re always speedy with their service times. Reliability is something I appreciate after working in food management and customer service for a decade. I always leave this place happy and will continue to support them as long as I live in Silt. Keep doing what you’re doing!”

“I ordered a regular coffee with cream. He said he'd make me something special. He made me the Most Wanted instead. It was SO worth it! We also bought a couple of the quesadilla muffins which are "like cornbread". We should have bought the whole one above it. It was like very buttery cornbread but with more flavors than that. You can taste the cheese in there too. Excited to have found this place!!”

“Prices are very reasonable and there is a lot of value for the caliber of food on display at this cafe. The homemade bagel sandwiches are stacked and delicious, made to order with vegetables not already wilted from the clearance section, (a rarity for the area). Breakfast burritos actually have well cooked potatoes in them (another rarity), and rotating weekly specials are well thought out and delicious.The espresso drinks never rise to the heights of some of their up-valley counterparts to be considered "destination coffee," yet they are still confidently made and satisfying. There is a great flow to the space between the grab and go coffee counter and places to sit for some light table service. Employees have always been genuine, kind and helpful.There are occasionally some slight inconsistencies in quality, and sometimes the homemade food will clash with their more basic accompaniments. I've heard they have good lunch, yet they close at noon on the weekends, (which is when lunchtime begins, not ends) so I haven't gotten to make it in yet.These gripes however are inconsequential compared to the big picture. This is the best place to eat food in Rifle, period. My hope is that Whistle Pig is the small pebble that eventually starts a rock slide in the town's culinary community.Fresh ingredients matter, always. Their long lines prove that if you present peoples taste buds with a better option they will welcome it with open arms and open mouths. Oh!”

“Went here on a Friday night to check it out. Great for pool and around 930 a DJ shows up! He's very good at reading his crowd and overall I had a great time. The bartenders were awesome and the drinks are a fair price. My only complaint would be the volume of the music so I wore ear plugs.”

“Remember back in the 80's when pizza's were absolutly awesome? Now think if you have had pizza that good recently. Lilly's Kitchen has pizza worth driving for. Drove there from GJ just off an add on marketplace. 100% going back and bringing more people. Will be trying their Mexican food next visit but the pizza is amazing.”

“I seriously underestimated that place. I walked by it so many times thinking nothing of it. I finally decided to go in there and was blown away. I really wish I'd have been much more hungry. The absolute best asada chimichanga I've ever had. It looked so good I was hesitant to start eating it. A woman walked by and said what is he having and had to get it. The smallest details were not left out. The rice had a few pieces of corn and other things. They definitely take pride in their food and they should. The setting was beautiful and the cute waitress was a spark plug. The prices were great as well. If it's not the best place to eat in rifle I challenge anyone to show me anything better. 10 out of 5 stars”

“This place has some of the best Bbq' ive ever had.The pulled pork sandwich is not only built for the hard working hungry man piled high with a hungry busting amount of pulled pork. They offer a good selection of sauces to add to your taste buds and the sides are plentiful hot and cold . My sandwich was so stuffed with pulled pork the leftovers lasted me two days of home cooked variable dishes.The service is friendly and efficient.The ambience is a small dinning area a pleasant place to enjoy your lunch.So the next time your in Rifle and your really hungry Try Dickeys BBQ 5 th and railroad. Youll do a happy dance!”

“Ordered the Chimichanga Chipotle, Pollo Chipotle, and the enchiladas a la crema. As Colorado residents, this is probably the best Mexican food we’ve had this year. Muy bueno!”
