Had a killer happy hour snack here recently, and felt compelled to shout it from the virtual rooftops. Consistency is such an important component to a successful restaurant, and a key reason as to why Burning Mountain has been such a dominant landmark in the Colorado river valley's food community. Delicious and great service. I ordered the meat lovers pie and a turkey sub for lunch the next day. Both of them were great.
