“I want to applaud Tamerin for quality customer service! Fridays are always busy at any pizza place, and this night was no different. The credit card reader wasn't taking my payment (via my phone) and Cameron stopped working on the line to help the young man that was tending to me. My order was also taken by a driver by accident so I had to wait for my food to be redone.
Tamerin kept a professional composure while trying to remake my order and get the POS terminal to take my payment. She ended up giving me my order for free, got the machine to work and we found out that my order, that I had placed online, was an error on my part for the next day.
She was polite, efficient and I appreciated that even though the machine wasn't working and I made the error on the order, she kept calm and collected and made me feel like a valued customer. Again, I want to applaud Tamerin for providing quality customer support and service! Thank you!!!“
