Best burgers in Northwest Colorado! The loaded garlic parmesan fries are addicting!

Self serve once you got your food, but I had the garlic parmesan fries with ranch (yummy ranch) and the Pear and Gargonzola salad which had an amazing amount of flavor especially with the champagne dressing. The food came out quick and tasted fresh. The burger my friend got looked good, but she was not a big fan. I cannot speak to it since I didn't try it though. Overall, loved the atmosphere of the Yampa Valley Brewing and the food I got. This is definitely worth a stop.

Great place for some burgers! Bison and beef were both good just lacking some salt.. fries were good however the parmessan fries were nothing to boast about. Stick with the regular fries.Bison: lettuce, tomato, onion, pepperjack cheese, chopped roasted green chilies, house aioli.Beef: lettuce tomato onion ketchup mayoSat on the second level which was a cool view! And we stepped out on the balcony which was cool.$20 per person with drink
