He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal without ever feeling intrusive. He gave great recommendations and created a really welcoming atmosphere. “Being Catholic, we appreciated Brass offering a trout dish and scallop special on a Friday in Lent.

We started out with a Whipped Feta & Bruschetta ($15), Blistered Shishito Peppers ($14), and Swiss Fondue Mac & Cheese ($16) starters. Next time we would just order the bruschetta and 2 Mac & Cheeses - it was amazing!

Our party of 10 ordered 7 Pan Seared Rocky Mountain Trout ($36) and 3 other dishes. Best trout we have ever had! Avoid the Scallops Special. It was $55, 4 scallops, and chewy.

Our waitress Claire, who had 4 other large tables HUSTLED! She also gave great recommendations.”

“Four of us went for happy hour 4-5:30 and took advantage of getting to try 5 different Tapas since they were 1/2 off (still pricey for such small bites) but delicious (except for the octopus...over charred and very chewy). The specialty drinks are 30 percent off and I highly recommend the Tipsy Carrot (you will never guess this spicy marg had fresh pressed carrot juice). My favorite dish was the Cubano entree...massive sandwich with great flavor. Our server was very nice considering how busy we kept her. The place had a great vibe, much larger inside than expected and great music. I wish they had a few healthier options to add to a lot of fried choices but I'd definitely go again and again (too bad I live several states away).”

“This place is legit. Fresh, authentic Mexican food made with heart and high quality ingredients. We came for lunch and had a steak burrito and tacos that were delicious! The tortillas are handmade fresh and the food is clean and satisfying. We returned the next morning for breakfast and had the chilaquiles and chorizo breakfast burrito which were both incredible! The chef also brought out some grilled nopales (cactus) that were perfect! The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend driving the extra 3 minutes outside of downtown to experience Cinco De Mayo! Soooo good!”

“I've been here twice and both times were so good! I got an espresso boba the first day and a strawberry green tea with green apple boba. My son had a waffle on a stick and loved it. I took my husband a cookie and he couldn't stop talking about it. So in general.. stop by and pick anything up, it's all amazing.”

“I just received an order of muffins and brownies and it arrived quickly and everything looks delicious. I have already had a chocolate cherry muffin and it was amazing. I am able to navigate and get what I want without adding any extra ($$). I am actually quite impressed with the choice of ingredients . The bowls came out perfectly.”

My chai was dreamy and the chia seed pudding hit the spot. My husband—who’s super picky, gave his flat white a 10/10 (high praise coming from him!). Shay, our barista, was the best, hooked us up with awesome Steamboat recs and made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!”

“A couple of years ago, I had an experience at the Starbucks in City Market, Steamboat, that I’ve been meaning to share. It was around 8:00 PM, right when they were closing, and I stopped in for a coffee before starting my 5 ½-hour drive. The man working there was incredibly kind. Even though he had already started cleaning the machine, he went out of his way to make me a coffee. That alone impressed me, as many places would’ve simply said, “Sorry, we’re closed.”

But what really stood out was what happened next. As I was leaving, I accidentally spilled my coffee all over. I went back in, unsure of what to expect, but he just laughed, stopped what he was doing, and made me another coffee—no hesitation, no complaints. He truly went above and beyond.

The coffee was great, but the kindness and service were what made this experience unforgettable. Five stars for going the extra mile and for creating such a special moment. I’ve been wanting to share this for a long time, so here it is. Highly recommend!”

“Our group of 10 adults and two children came for the special Easter egg hunt, and brunch. It would’ve been great if a mimosa has been included in the price as a little perk. The food was very good, but I don’t know if we really got our moneys worth, but we’re definitely look forward to coming again! the setting looking over the golf course in the valley is spectacular! This was the first time for them to do this brunch and like anything the next time they do it, it will be even better, so go enjoy!”

“The portion of food is very sufficient compared with other stores outside at the same price. The clerk was also very friendly. I hesitated for a long time when I ordered, but the clerk still waited patiently. They were also very patient with my child and would pay special attention not to hurt him. Finally, the taste of their food is really good. I have try at least 20 Chinese food and sushi restaurants, and they can rank in the top three in my mind.”

“If you're gluten free this is a must stop! They primarily sell normal cookies but they had 3 that were GF and it was hands down the best GF cookie I've ever eaten.”
