“We spent a week in Hayden and had the chance to go a few times. The Wild Goose is just a great coffee shop staffed by people who really care about what they are doing and are proud of the efforts made to preserve the old mill.”

“For airport food, this place was pretty good. Service was good considering the place was slammed when I got there for lunch. The Cheese Burger was good, and pictures show it has great presentation. The fries were crisp and hot. The bun and veggies on the burger were great, but the burger itself was simply grilled with no char or much taste. The meat was cooked correctly. The price is a little high but not for the airport. I would recommend trying this, but it is best to show up like 1pm since 11-12 is overloaded with long wait.”

“We had such a nice meal waiting for our HDN flight. Just 8 minutes from airport. My roasted beet salad was excellent and filling. Kids had a salad and pizza. Amazing friendly service. Watched college basketball to top it off. Great beers on tap. This place should never be empty.”

“This place is awesome. Have only eaten here twice but everything was tasty and top notch! The tacos were massive and yummy. Hubby had the special burrito. He loved it and is very picky with his Mexican food. The next visit we split the shaved beef sandwich. The sirloin was very tender and bread was so fresh. It was a delicious sandwich. Oh we also had the cheese curds. These were absolutely delicious and I've had them in Wisconsin. Done just right w/o being overly breaded. They had a nice light tempura coating and fried to a golden brown. The owner was very friendly and welcoming as well as helpful with the menu. We particularly appreciated this personal touch. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying more menu items. I'm happy Hayden has a top quality dining option.”
