“I loved everything about this place some of the best service I have had in a small dine in restaurant. Very homey and friendly and don’t get me started on the pizza it was incredible and wait times were average. Overall completely worth it.”

“My friend and I had been in Colorado for an elk hunting trip. Almost every restaurant we stopped at offered a green chili, which was something that we hadn’t heard of before and a sample at one restaurant was not to our liking. We were passing through Kremmling on Oct 29th, 2024. We stopped at the Moose Cafe and we were excited to see red chili on the menu. We ended up ordering a second bowl. The waitress was very busy, but was very friendly as well. We marked it down as somewhere we would like to go back to.”

The food was outstanding —flavorful, and cooked exactly right. You can tell they all take pride in what comes out of the kitchen. Everything we ordered was spot-on and left us already looking forward to stopping in her again.

The atmosphere is just as impressive. It has that welcoming, small-town Western charm that makes you feel comfortable walk in. It’s a cafe that is clean and not overwhelming — the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy great food, and have a good conversation.

What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the service — especially Jordan. Jordan was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. Drinks stayed full, food came out smoothly, and we felt well taken care of the entire time. That level of service makes all the difference, and Jordan absolutely delivered.

Grand Old West is doing it right — great food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!”

“The store is always clean, the staff is always friendly, the food is the same as every Subway. Mostly posting this review to say the new remodel is ugly. It looks half finished now and the furniture sucks. I'm guessing it was corporate mandated.”
