Nice food truck in the little town of Hayden. Excellent taco selection. Burger and fries are great. They often have specials for a change of pace. Located next to the Yampa Valley Brewery. Open for lunch only on Sundays, and evenings Thurs through Sunday. Grab a beer and check it out. Very friendly staff.

This place is awesome. Have only eaten here twice but everything was tasty and top notch! The tacos were massive and yummy. Hubby had the special burrito. He loved it and is very picky with his Mexican food. The next visit we split the shaved beef sandwich. The sirloin was very tender and bread was so fresh. It was a delicious sandwich.
