Jimmy John's is a friendly chain store with great delivery service. Customers appreciate the polite and nice staff. However, some customers have raised concerns about the sandwiches not being cut in half when requested, making it inconvenient for sharing or taking on hikes. Another issue mentioned was the change in the bread quality, with some finding it over-baked and crusty instead of the usual soft French roll.
