“Being Catholic, we appreciated Brass offering a trout dish and scallop special on a Friday in Lent.
We started out with a Whipped Feta & Bruschetta ($15), Blistered Shishito Peppers ($14), and Swiss Fondue Mac & Cheese ($16) starters. Next time we would just order the bruschetta and 2 Mac & Cheeses - it was amazing!
Our party of 10 ordered 7 Pan Seared Rocky Mountain Trout ($36) and 3 other dishes. Best trout we have ever had! Avoid the Scallops Special. It was $55, 4 scallops, and chewy.
Our waitress Claire, who had 4 other large tables HUSTLED! She also gave great recommendations.“

“What a beautiful little place! I could not wait to go there one morning for a good coffee and a small breakfast. Oddly, they do not open until 8 AM? Seems pretty late for a ski community?
Also, really wish I could’ve had a coffee in a regular mug of some sort and not paper? Otherwise, burritos and coffee, açaí bowl were really fabulous. Employees are very nice -Seemed very happy to have us there! Highly recommend.“

“Amazing dinner experience. Ordered a 45 day dry aged bone in ribeye with a table side carving by the owner, chef. The beef is cooked to rare then held in a smoke dome with bourbon barrel chips that add a very unique flavor. The bourbon selection is insane 😲 and at reasonable prices.“
