Amazing dinner experience. Ordered a 45 day dry aged bone in ribeye with a table side carving by the owner, chef. The beef is cooked to rare then held in a smoke dome with bourbon barrel chips that add a very unique flavor.
The bourbon selection is insane 😲 and at reasonable prices.

If your ever in Steamboat Springs, CO you have to visit Primrose. Excellent food, wine, and a great bourbon/ whiskey collection. The food was fresh and loved the open kitchen so you know it was clean and food was prepared with care. As good as any high end restaurant in Dallas. Staff took great care of us and the executive chef and owner took the time to check on everyone.
Place is highly recommended.
