We got the fois gras and it was very nice. The waitress made the steak tartar sound so wonderful, we ordered that as well. It had so much sauce and spice in it you could not the tartar. We did not finish it. We ordered the salad with goat cheese and pistachios. It was nice and fresh. We also got the aged steak. Primrose in Steamboat Springs offers a delightful atmosphere with an innovative menu featuring local ingredients and dry-aged steaks. Thank you Shay and Christopher and entire Primrose staff for a great dinner out tonight. Fresh flavors (I swear the shrimp was spiked with buzz-buttons!) And fantastic drinks. Energy all around was attentive and kind. Seemed like we were being taken care of all around and truly enjoyed our small plates at happy hour. When we come back to Steamboat we will come back!
