“Awesome little spot, authentic food, we had a big group and we basically ordered everything on the menu and everyone was stoked on the food. Grab a tequila at the bar while you wait, service was fast, owner baked fresh sourdough in the am too!“
“You don’t expect to find a taco shop like this in a place like steamboat. They’re legit. Full stop. From the interactions to the food. You don’t expect tacos this good in Denver. Or Houston. But maybe in Mexico City.Do them a favor and tip 25% for all the things. Holy. Forking. Cows. Great food. Great service. Don’t think. Just do.Grab some Al pastor and sit by the river and enjoy. Better than any restaurant in town.“
“Our server, Sofia, was wonderful, pleasant, efficient, friendly. The food was above expectations, came out hot and quickly, delicious vegetarian options, the margarita was delicious. Great! we would go back again in a heartbeat. Has some unusual options I had not seen in a Mexican restaurant previously. Great atmosphere, too.“
“Great food and service every time I visit. Probably best $8 marg in town! For being pre-mixed they are outstanding. One word of caution, they have a chili oil/hot sauce that I put on my tacos. Go light to start my friends. I went big because it is delicious, but paid the price on the way out if you know what I mean, ouch!!!“
“This was a charming little mom n pop place. I had the Loco Burrito which had asada and pastor in it. Super delicious and good flavors. Loved the avocado inside that complimented the meat, rice and beans. My kids shared a cheese quesadilla and they loved the homemade pico so much they were drinking it. In also thought it was high quality pico. Very clean and new looking. The staff was super friendly and nice- especially accommodating of my family's needs.“
“Brother listen up, I’m telling you, the “pizza birria” changed my life. This is the best day of my life. I thought yesterday was but now it’s today because I just had a tasty marg, some fire queso, and a PIZZA BIRRIA. Brother. Come on. Fantastic stuff here. Will be back as soon as humanly possible.“
“I have been to this spot several times due to them ticking every box for me. Great service, great food, amazing margaritas, fun music and the list goes on. The server is always warm and welcoming.I've never had to wait very long for food. My favourites dish I've had so far is Arroz con Pollo. My experience maybe different from others however as I usually go during later hours so it's usually not busy.I've had 4-5 dishes from them and their portion sizes are huge!Definitely shareable between a minimum of 2 persons.Give it a try!“
“In the world of Mexican restaurants in the United States, this was actually pretty good. The food was really flavorful. You know a lot of Mexican restaurants. Just have good blues and bad for food... This has both. Really nice folks. Very accommodating and very friendly.“
“I was pretty disappointed with the food quality. It was ok, but the meat taste and texture was low grade. For price point and area, I expected better. I was confirmed it’s likely cheap when I went to the bathroom and they give you a quarter of a paper towel in the machine, trying to save costs, so ya get to waive your hand in front of 5 times to get enough paper towel to dry your hands.. that summed up what type of ingredients they use imo. Queso was good and had good flavor.Again it was fine, my marg was good, atmosphere is good, but not blown away. 3 star tacos, 4 star overall spot.“
