“Highly recommend Taco Cabo! Hidden gem in Steamboat Springs 👌 the burrito was nothing short of perfection with margaritas to match🔥🔥🔥 Great atmosphere right on the river with a killer view. Kent(the owner) is the MAN! Super nice local with great taste. 10/10“

“Went here as soon as they opened at 11:00. They let us in a little bit earlier as well. The host was very friendly and so was our server! They checked on us often and accommodated our dietary restrictions and made the food correctly. The food was very delicious, although The portions were a little bit on the smaller side compared to other restaurants and the other Fiesta Jalisco we eat at.“

“One of my favorite restaurants in steamboat springs. The best servers and bartenders around. They always make sure you are well taken care of. Sometimes they do get busy but everything they do is done with care. The food is outstanding and the drinks are always delicious. It’s always a friendly atmosphere. Great place to relax and enjoy yourself.“

“Just stoped in not expecting much. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. This establishment has very hard working staff, fast food line, and not to mention all of the workers are incredibly kind. I would highly recommend stopping in if you could.“

“We had driven past so many times in our visits to Steamboat. Last year we finally stopped in. AMAZING Food. Jose is quite the chef and host. Our favorite dish is the Carne Asada. Margaritas are freshly mixed too.
