“MAJORITY of the front/ drive-thru employees are kind and attentive! A couple of the managers are GREAT as well! Usually a pretty clean establishment as well. Things are well stocked. The food can be SO different from time to time, though. I feel like there is not much consistency in the way menu items are made. Asking for extra sauce in a menu item is usually a miss because you're charged but rarely get extra.Vegetarian options: Many options you can substitute the meat. Also, many things you can make vegan without getting dairy items.Dietary restrictions: You just need to ask, and they can usually accommodate.Parking: North side of building. Enter from the east side or west side of the block.Kid-friendliness: Kind staff. High chairs. Booths.“
“This morning, I visited Wendy's at the brisk hour of 6 a.m., amidst a bone-chilling zero degrees Fahrenheit weather. Despite the early hour and the cold, the staff was there, ready to welcome customers. I observed their dedication and hard work as they prepared for the day, ensuring that everything was set for the first meal service. It's not easy to rise before dawn and start the day in such cold conditions, but their commitment to providing service didn't waver.I was greeted warmly and served with a delicious breakfast that was just what I needed to start my day on a positive note. It's admirable to see employees who, despite the early hour, put in the effort to ensure that customers like myself leave satisfied and ready to tackle the day ahead.I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the team at Wendy's for their dedication and for making my morning much brighter. “Food is good when workers care enough to make it right. This time worker used same knife as used for guacamole on a non-guac sandwich. Also scratched face with gloves on then continued making sandwich. Not appetizing at all. Had to ask to start over.Vegetarian options: Any sandwich or salad can be made with no meat.“
“Good food sometimes and other times I'm eating someone else's order it seems they are super busy and no real control for the atmosphere. At times the place is trashed on the inside and they won't do anything about it for a couple hours and sometimes the tea has not been changed and I end up drinking dead sweet tea that they did not change the tea out.“
“This was the best KFC and Taco Bell experience ever! The dude that was working was super nice, read back the order to make sure it was correct and was just all in all pleasant. He was what made this experience five stars! None of the food was wrong, it came out fast and hot and was delicious! I'm not one to review fast food joints but I had such a great experience here that I couldn't not share. Nice work! Wish I would have gotten his name to give him more credit!“
