“They have a gluten free bun and their fries are not fried in the same fryer as gluten containing items. It was so nice to get fried with my meal. Most places don't do that and their fries aren't safe. Thank you Culvers. It's little things like that, that are really appreciated.“

“I placed an order through door dash to our hotel, and their delivery timing was way off. I called the store twice to ask about what was happening. Brian who answered was so kind and assured me that all was well and dinner was on the way. I was very annoyed that it would show up cold, however Brian assured me that it wouldn’t and he would make it right if it did. He was right and his customer service skills was amazing. Thanks Brian. Happy teenagers fed here.“

“Absolutely one of the best customer service Iv seen! Clean establishment. Good food, fresh as you can get for casual dining but the staff from their clean uniforms to their attitudes. Not rushed, very nice and interactive with each customer.“
