“I came in to get some ice cream while I was feeling really upset. After I placed my order, the worker, Eliza, noticed that something was wrong and asked me what happened. Not because she was nosy but because she was concerned for my well being. I opened up to her and told her what I was going through. She showed me the utmost sympathy and kindness. Her bright smile and warm, comforting voice genuinely helped change my day and completely changed my mood. By the time I left, she had managed to make me smile when I really needed it. The ice cream was good but the service was excellent I will definitely be coming back and telling my friends to come here more often.“

They are delicious and adorable EVERY TIME, and always with the best customer service in the process. This week they blew our family away with what we thought was an over the top design request from our seven year old- rainbow unicorn. The end result was incredible, and they were even flexible and friendly in extending our pickup day. “They have a gluten free bun and their fries are not fried in the same fryer as gluten containing items. It was so nice to get fried with my meal. Most places don't do that and their fries aren't safe. Thank you Culvers. It's little things like that, that are really appreciated.“
