“This was the tastiest food truck and food in general I have experienced for so long! The friendliest and most cheerful hospitality, so refreshing! They were so willing and accommodating to make changes to their menu for my tastes, with a smile! Loved the outdoor tent for eating area, cozy, relaxed, and simple! “I just moved back to the Valley and discovered this place. I give it 5 stars for service and quality. it's now my go-to for pizza. I'm interested in trying out their other dishes as well. They have a good selection of drinks in the cooler too. The only thing I didn't like so much were their underbaked chocolate chip cookies of which I ordered one and they forgot to serve me which I had to ask for. I prefer them crisp and not doughy.“

“We have purchased several icecream cakes from Kaleidoscoops for our kids’ birthdays over the years, both specially made and from the freezer. They are delicious and adorable EVERY TIME, and always with the best customer service in the process. This week they blew our family away with what we thought was an over the top design request from our seven year old- rainbow unicorn. The end result was incredible, and they were even flexible and friendly in extending our pickup day. THANK YOU so much for the reliably awesome treat and service! 10/10 WOULD recommend Kaleidoscoops, whether for a cake or a milkshake.“

“We had a fantastic trip to Ming’s! The food was delicious (loved the Singapore noodles especially). They were easily able to accommodate our family which includes a vegan and a celiac. The cocktails were also inventive and fun. The bartender had us laughing and the servers were warm and friendly. Will absolutely return on our next trip to Glenwood Springs!“

“Looking for a museum atmosphere to have a drink? You found it. We didn't eat, but the dishes others were choosing looked amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. Take a stroll around and find some unique items to investigate. Sure to find something new every time.“

“I'd say the pizza was good. It came out hot and on time. All the people that work there were great. I would just say as far as the pizza dough it can have a little bit more saltiness or oil. Overall the pizza was good just a little under flavored. Perhaps some oregano and other spices would do the trick“

“By comparison to other national franchise fast food options, this really is about as good as it gets, hence the five star rating.
Burgers are tasty and fresh. Fries are crinkle cut which is not my favorite thing, but they're ok. Onion rings are the way to go - they're excellent!
Lots of sauce choices, pretty good shakes and ice creams. They have fish and chips too, one of my favorite indulgences, and I very much enjoyed mine- crispy batter and generous sized chunks of cod.
Staff has always been cheerful and obliging and it's nice to be able to take a table and have the order delivered instead of standing around waiting ar the counter .
Place is spotlessly clean, booth seating is very comfortable and the atmosphere is quite pleasant.

Only issue I have is that there's no tip jar for the staff. They've always been good enough on all our visits to deserve a bit extra (let's get real, it's not like fast food employees make a bunch of money in wages, and it's hard work when the place is busy) and it's a shame the owners don't make provision for happy customers to reward the staff directly.“
