“We popped in on New Year's Day for dinner due to the excellent reviews. Matalynne was extremely bubbly, attentive, and looked after us like a true champion. We had the Colorado Loin Lamb Chops, the 9oz Filet Mignon, and the Creme Brulee, which were all first class. An excellent wine selection inclusive of some South Australian wines, which is always a winner when dining. This is a very well run establishment. Super impressed.“

“Never have I EVER been so pleased with a restaurant! Excellent service complimented absolutely exquisite entrees for our lunch. Madras curry and Thai basil tofu on a perfectly cooked brown rice, seasoned blackened tofu appetizer and lettuce wraps were all amazing. The chef knows how to prep tofu and the taste and texture were wonderful. Knowledgeable server helped navigate a gluten allergy and vegan dietary restrictions. This restaurant provides solace for refined and adventurous palates. Tasty! Lovely atmosphere and nice wine bar.Vegetarian options: Such wonderful options, and the tofu was prepared with great flavor and texture.Dietary restrictions: My dining partner is also vegan and GF so having a separate menu clearly defined what was safe and met our plant based restrictions was truly appreciated. The owner and chef are to be commended!Kid-friendliness: There were a couple young children in the restaurant and while happy and vocal, they had no impact on our meal, so I guess this is more about adult friendliness.Wheelchair accessibility: No difficulties perceived. Helpful staff.“
“Diverse menu, veggie options, tasty food, friendly staff. Three kinds of soup available. Posole tasted authentic and came with all the trimmings. Very comfortable dining area, music is not loud. Will come back to try other things.Vegetarian options: Call ahead for options of the day.“
“Stopped in for breakfast and coffee while visiting the area. The mochas we ordered were great and we enjoyed the atmosphere in the cafe. We got a breakfast plate (eggs, bacon, fruit and avocado) that was pretty good as well as a bacon breakfast burrito.“
“Came for a nice dinner during a weekend getaway from Denver.I was very happy to get a reservation at 4:30pm as the restaurant was completely booked on Saturday night (a great sign to start)The Pullman is easy to get to with street parking nearby. The host and hostess were very friendly and got us seated. We were very lucky to have Bridget R. as our server. She did an incredible job of taking care of us from start to finish. We appreciated her suggestions for food and drinks. To start I had the house oldy with Woody Creek, bitters and pistachio. It was well mixed and I'd even for an extra shot of bourbon next time. For appetizers we tried the foie grad creme brulee with toasted bread. My wife really loved it. I thought it was good and enjoyed the pear compote served alongside. It is very rich and something I have not seen before. They also had a scallop appetizer special which was divine. It was cooked perfectly and served in the scallop shell. I even took some of the salt the shell rested on to add more flavor- yum!For entrees my wife had the elk Bolognese with ricotta dumplings, fennel, balsamic vinegar and parm. The dumplings were light and fluffy without falling apart and cooked perfectly. The elk bolognese was not gamy and seasoned very well. This is something I would go back for time and time again. My entrée was a special steak cooked medium (chef's suggestion) with sweet potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, a miso butter and marinated in sake (I believe but can't recall exactly) The server recommended this and it was SO worth it. The steak was cooked perfectly and everything was in harmony. Would definitely get this again. We were too full for dessert but the offerings looked fantastic. Will definitely book the Pullman the next time we venture to Glenwood Springs.“
