“The bulgogi beef is so delicious and flavorful, I highly recommend trying it! The kimchi was great as well, and I enjoyed the tom kha soup. The person running the food truck was very kind and helpful. They have a couple of outdoor tables to eat at.“

“We had a fantastic trip to Ming’s! The food was delicious (loved the Singapore noodles especially). They were easily able to accommodate our family which includes a vegan and a celiac. The cocktails were also inventive and fun. The bartender had us laughing and the servers were warm and friendly. Will absolutely return on our next trip to Glenwood Springs!“
