All I can say is WOW!!! The Pizza I've always been searching for!!! If you want authentic New York Pizza look no further, the owners are incredible warm folks who are a joy to visit with and know their stuff about pie!!! The dough is exquisite with the perfect chew and a flavor that stands alone, and the sauce is subtle but delicious and marries the whole pie together in a perfect harmony. World Class Pizza! Craig Colorado you got a Great One!!!
Went with my grandmother for dinner, Megan our waitress was wonderful. Someone in the back wasn't allowing tables for reservations more then an hour plus out. Megan diffused the situation with her wonderful personality. She's so warm and fun to talk to! The food was great but the service was fantastic.

It's really great New York style thin crust pizza. Outstandin and friendly service. They also have gluetin free pizza crust available. Quite a surprise in such a small, out of the way town.Dietary restrictions: Not a lot of gluetin free options, no gluetin free pasta, but they do have gluetin free pizza crust in 14 inch.
