Would be 5 if they would bring the sauce you pay a dollar for everytime. That's the only bad thing I have to say I have only gotten my sauce 3 times I believe and I call sometimes they bring it like they say they will others not.

I placed an order online, and about an hour later I showed up and it still wasn't ready. At first I was annoyed, but I looked around and saw several people waiting. Thought ok, they must be busy. As I stood and watched, busy was an understatement. People were ordering multiple pizzas at a time, one guy even had 8. As a watch the board over 16 orders were coming it at a time. This crew was moving! They were working hard, and after seeing some unhappy (hangry) customers, their attitude remained positive. I just want to say great job to the crew. If people saw the whole picture, they would understand what it takes to run a business, even if it's just making pizza.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We ordered a future delivery for over an hour past order time. Pizza was still over 20 mins late. Then one of the pizzas weren't even what we ordered. Asked for a replacement and were told 45 mins (ridiculous, we live 5 mins away) and we've waited over an hour still for the replacement. Just called and were told it would be another 10-15 mins. Absolutely horrible service. Especially considering its a Wednesday and not a weekend (their busiest times). I miss our pizza hut more every day. They would NEVER. This is absolute bullshit.🙄 Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered 2 pizzas, a thin crust, extra cheese, and other toppings. When I got them, there was NOT any extra cheese, and hardly any of the meat toppings. Also, the crust part was burnt. I was really disappointed.
