We were greeted at the drive through and when I placed my order the speaker went dead and no one would acknowledge me for 15 minutes. Meanwhile 12 cars moved through the other lane. Cars behind me left. Finally I was over it and started backing out, only then did someone ask if they could help again. We left. My boys love McDonald's and we are there weekly. But I believe we'll be eating at Wendy's for the foreseeable future. Service is seriously lacking at this particular restaurant.

Every order, all the time something is messed up. Or flat out disgusting. No matter how nice you are in attempts to ask them to fix it they seem annoyed at your Presence.
The workers I’ve had the most issues with have been promoted & I think at this point the only choice is to not eat there anymore and that sucks when there’s only 3 ff options in this town. Cooking at home is great but sometimes you just want something fast;
Overall I’m disappointed in the lack of accountability this town has, everyone’s mindset is “make it yourself then” but I’m sorry if you choose to work somewhere have some pride in your work and how you carry yourself.

We went in after a very long afternoon of canceled flights at Hayden. The staff members were friendly and efficient and went above and beyond to ensure our order was correct. We placed a rather large order that we received quickly and was perfect!

McDonald's are ubiquitous, of course. One is pretty much like another. I go there because they are usually the first to open in the mornings. It's the little things that separate them and that's just what happened on Saturday. At 5:50 am I was greeted by a happy smile from a gal working both drive thru and front counter. I ordered breakfast and a coffee with a couple of cream. When she delivered the coffee she said the extra cream on the side was because the coffee seemed rather "dark" today. It wasn't until later that I realized how thoughtful she was and I'd like to thank her now. Some times the little things can really make a difference ! Thank You (She was right, the third cream was just what the coffee needed)
