The food was tasty and it was quickly served to us. But my husband asked for BBQ sauce, and he got ranch. And this is what my McFlurry looked like. They sprinkled a few M&Ms on top and didn't mix it. There was nothing on the bottom.

They’re consistently getting our orders wrong, forgetting to give us our ordered items and sauces. I have never had a dining experience here that has gone smoothly. We often go here since there aren’t many options in our small town… is it too much to ask for decent service?? Train your employees better!!

Place has always been dirty. When I lived there I always got spicy McChickens. Always made me sick. Every single time. Went back there recently in hope of change. Nothing. Changed. I got sick on the way home and the tummy pain was so bad I had to pull over for a few hours and try to get it out. Never again.

Picked up 2 big macs and a large fry. One of the big macs didn't have meat on it!!! I live 20 minutes away so it's not worth the drive, so we split the big macs, so we each had half of one with meat!!! I have learned to check my order to make sure everything is there, but I shouldn't have to check each sandwich for ingredients!!!! Not happy about this

Fountain area was dirty, no stars, no napkins. Found LONG hair in big mac!! They did offer refund or replacement.

We were greeted at the drive through and when I placed my order the speaker went dead and no one would acknowledge me for 15 minutes. Meanwhile 12 cars moved through the other lane. Cars behind me left. Finally I was over it and started backing out, only then did someone ask if they could help again. We left. My boys love McDonald's and we are there weekly. But I believe we'll be eating at Wendy's for the foreseeable future. Service is seriously lacking at this particular restaurant.

CRAIG, CO LOCATION, 3/10, 1215 PM -- Went to place an order via the app for 50 off a ten piece nuggets, also a small fries and large drink. Placed the order on the kiosk with the 4 digit number, it took the order and my name came up. By the time I took the receipt, number 74, my discounted nuggets were at full price. I told the manager that it validated the 1x per day discount at the kiosk and I couldn't use it again Instead, the RUDE manager insisted that it didnt register and I couldn't get the discount. Needless to say that is the LAST TIME I will ever patronize that store. I've had trouble with the app before, but other managers will honor my word and discount. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE....NOT!!! The KFC and Taco Bell combo down the street has a far better customer service mantra.

Every order, all the time something is messed up. Or flat out disgusting. No matter how nice you are in attempts to ask them to fix it they seem annoyed at your Presence. The workers I’ve had the most issues with have been promoted & I think at this point the only choice is to not eat there anymore and that sucks when there’s only 3 ff options in this town. Cooking at home is great but sometimes you just want something fast; Overall I’m disappointed in the lack of accountability this town has, everyone’s mindset is “make it yourself then” but I’m sorry if you choose to work somewhere have some pride in your work and how you carry yourself.
