Teenage girl worker needs to care about the job she is doing and get some courtesy/ manners. I went in with a smile on my face and left pissed off. I just wanted what the sandwich had coming on it and had to repeat myself over and again. Why the attitude and making things difficult I don't know.

You’ll hate to see me coming for my refund tomorrow. I placed an order online at 8:30 and when I showed up to pick it up 15 minutes later, you were closed. That’s $32 that I can’t go buy something else with until tomorrow. I will be coming in for my money back and corporates number.
Update: after two days of jumping through hoops, my refund has been “requested” and will take up to 7 days to show back in my account. The evening service here has been trash for well over a year and the manager obviously doesn’t have a handle on her store. Done giving this place chances, especially after they sit on my money for a week. Whoever manages this place, do yourself and your staff a favor a resign. You can’t handle a couple extra hours of work or even be bothered to make sure your registers get shut down properly at night so situations like this don’t happen. The worst part about the whole situation is you didn’t mute me while you were calling corporate and I could hear yall laughing at me for demanding my money back when it’s YOUR fault. Bad service most of the time and TERRIBLE management. Sorry to see this one go but that’s what happens when you let people like that run your store.

Very rude and racist staff here Very bad place never visit here. I was traveling in truck. More than 100 miles. I stopped here. One of employee was inside. Open sign was on. But she had locked door so no one can order. I visited here at 7 PM. She was inside and she saw me but doesn't try to ask me what i need. I wasn't able to go anywhere in the city due to truck. Please respect trucker. I was hungry from this morning. Because I'm vegetarian. I will.never visit this city again. Respect truckers we are serving for you all people.

Totally screwed up the order had all the wrong sandwiches. The touchscreen unit barely worked had so much trouble trying to get the order in and then the employees could care less and screwed up the order big time. Dirty nasty window you could barely see through at the drive up and the whole restaurant looked horrible from there. Definitely Craig ‘s worst fast food outfit!

When you get the A team staff, doing both prep and serving, it's a really nice place to eat lunch. The quality of the meat and bread is a corporate decision so the location can't do much about that. I would say it's about average in bread and meat quality.

I ordered via uber eats, they were unable to find a driver so I came to pick it up.
My order was completely wrong, and not to mention looked disgusting. I received the wrong chips, I ordered a turkey and ham on flatbread, not toasted on flat bread with cucumbers, lettuce and mayo.

I received the sandwich pictured, only ham wheat bread(contains ingredients I have an allergy to) and drowned in vinaigrette.

Tried to call, and the number is disconnected. I did not go back because I have a sick kiddo, and frankly didn't want to deal with it. I have had problems before with them being rude at the drive through.

I'm not sure if the restaurant is under construction or what is going on here. Lots of debris on the floor and the bathrooms were a disaster.

I recommend not eating on the floor or in the bathroom.

Otherwise, standard Subway experience with a cute girl with goth makeup making the sandwichs and fast service.

Orders are NEVER ready on time as a customer or a doordasher... I always end up waiting 10 to 20 mins after the orders supposedly ready.

Afternoon service is usually always good and evening service is a miss. Made all our sandwiches wrong Sunday 9/22 around 7pm missed a churro and this is how I picked it up. (See picture) I didn’t go back as we were rushing and I didn’t figure it out until we got to our destination an hour later with no service that it wasn’t just badly wrapped. Not to mention the Bubble guts we all got the next day. No good. Tired of giving this place chances honestly.

Man, good customer service is sooo hard to find anymore. Manager says drive thru is closed because there's only two employees so we go in and there's actually 4 employees but the girl manager is to busy yelling at someone on the phone to get up to work & the other employees are barley alive making shitty sandwiches.

Well I thought it would be a lot better to go inside and order my food, and I was wrong! THEY CANT MAKE A SUB RIGHT IF THEY TRIED! They just piled everything on top and u couldn't eat it. Won't be going there anymore.
