Ordered at the drive through, could barely read the menu due to it being what looks like paper flyers of the menu taped to the existing sign. It took nearly 20 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. I got my food and of course did not check before leaving that it was correct. I got home and found literally 3 pieces of chicken in both of my tacos that cost over 10 dollars, absolutely shameful. Drove back only to be told, that's how they come... if that's how they come they should not be on the menu. They replaced my order, but at this point it had been nearly 50 minutes and my appetite had diminished. Horrible experience, only saving grace was the girl at the drive through was very polite.

MAJORITY of the front/ drive-thru employees are kind and attentive! A couple of the managers are GREAT as well! Usually a pretty clean establishment as well. Things are well stocked. The food can be SO different from time to time, though. I feel like there is not much consistency in the way menu items are made. Asking for extra sauce in a menu item is usually a miss because you're charged but rarely get extra.Vegetarian options: Many options you can substitute the meat. Also, many things you can make vegan without getting dairy items.Dietary restrictions: You just need to ask, and they can usually accommodate.Parking: North side of building. Enter from the east side or west side of the block.Kid-friendliness: Kind staff. High chairs. Booths.

Got food poisoning after eating there they are understaffed and the food wasn't prepared right took 2 hours to get an order of 4 out and it wasn't right when they did. Usually this is one of my favorite places to go however lately their services have been poor in quality. 9/12/23

So get this.. I pull into the drive through to grab something on the way to work. I get the usual greeting and asked what I wanted to order. I mention a couple things, no response. "Hello?" Total silence. So thinking there's a problem with the speaker or whatever I drive to the window. I see a lady standing inside but she walks away.. I sit for a while, then finally after a few minutes she comes over, opens the window and informs me they don't open for another 8 minutes. Ok. But, WHY ask what I want to order then just disappear??

We tried the new nuggets and really enjoyed them. More real chicken chunks with less breading. Yum! Also ordered a macaroni bowl and was disappointed at how little was in it. Seems both the amounts of macaroni and chicken were smaller. Hoping this was just a one time thing.
