Running out of items happens. Telling us we have to pay an "upgrade" charge for sides we didn't really want because you're out of the fries we did want? That is how you get people to not come back.

Kinda bummed- I have got a great burger here but today the salad needed less red onion and more cucumber- and unfortunately the gold sauce was described to me as a “light bbq sauce” but it was a Buffalo sauce and too spicy for my taste- I’ll pay for that later- also they asked if I wanted carrots/celery but then didn’t give it to me after I said yes- Bummer compared to last visit-

Don't get me wrong the burgers and beer are top notch but something about walking up to the window to order and the crew waits for your order, you pay at the window and they spin tablet around and it ask for a tip TIP? I'm old school the tip is based on the service I receive all that you have done is take my order

While ordering the employee asked if I had a problem with Attitude then proceed to call Me short and when I asked if he said that he said your very short. I Walked away and will not be back

This place is a true Gem. The food was exceptional. The service was exceptional! 5 star all the way around. I had the most incredible salad and my husband had the sliders. The hard seltzer was the best I have ever tasted!! We travel all over the country and this place is exactly what a dine out experience should be. Kudos to the staff and the management for such a wonderful experience.

Food was not good today. I've eaten here multiple times and the food was good. Not sure if they had the B team cooking today or what the deal was. Order took longer than normal (got attitude when i walked up with my buzzer to see what was going on)Fries were cold, and for a full order @ $10, the portion size was very small. Chicken bites were mostly breading and over done in the fryer. Tasted like burnt chicharonnes. I really hope this isn't the quality of food to be expected in the future, otherwise, I won't waste my money here again. Fortunately the beer in the brewery is still good consistent quality.

Everything was good except I didn’t realize the price of the special because it wasn’t on the menu I would not normally pay $18 for a sandwich and I can’t see paying $18 for a sandwich, but when I got the bill, I paid $20 for a sandwich and some french fries

The worst customer service. The lady in the kitchen restaurant should be working in a prison kitchen instead.
Got takeout tonight. Wings were crispy and the house made buffalo sauce was delicious. We also got a double cheeseburger and it was fantastic. The fries were still crispy as well and the ranch which I assume is house made was so good. Definitely will eat here again

Great, expensive food! Different food from other restaurants! Pretty fast as well!The brewery is here, so you have many types of beer options! Not many other drink options other than that... The atmosphere is awesome with and upstairs balcony and dining area outside right next to a park downtown. These two fellows were the worst people to deal with as customer service. They were busy, but come on, respect your customers, let them know, use your words, respect them. Fries were the worst we've had so far. But my biggest say is know how to handle the pressure and don't disregard customers because you are stressed. I tried to put my mindset in theirs, but I would definitely not show the attitude they portrayed.

This place is amazing. We ate here twice before leaving Craig. Food is exquisite and comes out pretty quick. Atmosphere isnt bad either.
Parking: There's a parking lot behind the place that had room and street parking.
Kid-friendliness: Had our 10 month old with us and nobody had a problem with her. Everyone thought she was adorable. Even when she started "talking" no one had a problem with it.
