I go to Wendy's at least once a week. But y'all just really made me mad. I ordered $42 worth of food. Got told they were out of medium cups so I took the upcharge for the large cups. Tried to order cheese fries got told y'all were also out of cheese sauce. Said it's totally fine do chili cheese fries and I'll take the shredded cheese. Okay so I've already settled twice... Get to the window and the kid working is actually so great and so nice and I know he's just doing his job but I asked for a ranch and he said y'all have the audacity after me already spending money, after taking an upcharge and after settling for something I didn't want - to ask me for 54¢ for ranch.... BE SO FOR REAL RIGHT NOW.... please get together. Your greed is giving McDonald's energy.

Every single time we go through the drive thru we have a horrible experience. Tonight has been the worst. Our food was cold and stale, like it had been sitting out for hours. With how insane Wendy’s prices are, this is unacceptable. We will not be going back. You guys suck!

I witnessed management treating their emplyee like garbage just now. If they are not properly trained on how to do their job DON'T ever put them down in front of a customer.I work in the food industry and you should truly be ashamed. Someone needs to look into this.

Spouse and I bought one baked potato and a large chili. Perfectly cooked potato. Half of each for both of us plus a drink and we had a great lunch under $15.

Everything was great, except the inside was lacking. The seating felt very underwhelming, because the seats were small and not cushioned. Everything felt disappointing. But great food.
Fries where just dumped in my bag didn't get a fork for my potato plus ordered a sour cream and chives potato and got no sour cream unfortunately working so didn't see it till I got back too work and can't go back pretty disappointing when your forget the one thing in the name of what I ordered

If I could give a negative star I would. Ordered sauces didn’t get them. Ordered frosty. Was asked to pull forward. Waited forever. Ended up having to go in to get them told us that she did t know where they were. They were never made. Finally got them. No spoons!!! Asked for no lettuce on one burger. Full of lettuce. Asked for no pickles on the other burger. Think they gave me extra pickles. Then was over charged on top of it all! Wendy’s in Craig Colorado…. You need to get it together!!!

Food was really good and tasty for Wendys although the tomato was ice cold it made it feel like a cold sub... Hot and fresh fries lacked salt. Spicy nuggets tasted the same as 10 years ago which is great. Ordered at 3pm on a Saturday. Handful of cars in line. They were out of 2 drinks: sweet tea and the energy sparkling drink. Beats McDonald's. Double check your bag as they didnt put any dipping sauces or napkins. They seem to be alot busier than before their remodel. Overall it was great, fresh ingredients. Definitely will return.

They we're amazing I came in twice that day once right before my doctor appointment and they were packed. They made sure I could make it out on time for my appointment and the second was amazing 2 me and my bf went through the drive thru to order and it was the same people working they made sure we got everything double check are straws and spoons were in the bag we actually got extra spoons and straws lol. Overall it was amazing and love the remodel! The Wednesday frosty is amazing if you like black cherry it's 100% for you!

Not sure if there store is having issues or if there is still things being worked on. But I pulled up at 9:30 pm to go get some food I tried the door and it was locked hours evn say 10 pm but I was fine with that. Then I went to the drive through and rifht as I pulled up they turned he lights off. Not to mention my parents went here earlier today and the lady talking in the mic was very rude took our coupon and didnt give the proper price. I used to love this wrndys and the staff were always nice but this is just ridiculous.
