I have never been so upset with a Wendy’s like the one here in Craig. Every single order I’ve ever placed here was wrong, straight up missing, or like today not even warm! I had super high hopes waiting 10 minutes because I thought it would be fresh. Nope I’ve never in my whole 37 years on this earth pulled out a cold fast food sandwich. The buns were not toasted. The cheese wasn’t melted and it sucks. It sucks to believe in something that keeps disappointing you. Although a therapist once diagnosed me with battered wife syndrome.. Anyways, guess it’s back to the Soylent Green McDonald’s patties. I wish that corporate would come fix this place!

Worst food service ever. Fries were ice cold, asked for hot ones then was told that they could not throw the cold ones away for me. Then refused to give me fries at all! Worst fast food experience ever!!!! Hands down

First they gave me the wrong order then the chicken wrap was hard the chicken was hard my guess it had been sitting for about 8 hrs.it was not edible I had to throw it away. Shame on you!!!!!

Had 5 orders and got it correct. Not the best jr bacon burger. Bun was dry. Fries lukewarm. Baked potato good! Staff needs fresh work clothes. Decent menu, fair prices. Part of order was take out. Carpet wearing out in places.

Kids burger was hard as hell and cold. Daughter couldn't eat it. Chicken sandwich was hard and rubbery. Wife was pissed. My mushroom burger was nice and saucey but hard and cold. Plus bun was fairly rubbery. Fries were cold and tough. Sodas tasted off and watered down with wassay too much ice(literally a cup of ice with a taste of sodas) Chicken nuggets were onnoar with normality.
All the way around a disappointing $40 once again

They literally painted on the windows that they are open for breakfast. Store is closed.
Ive tried this place a few times, and i likely wont be back. The service here is always slow, I waited 30 minutes in line once and there were only four people in line ahead of me. Then I waited another 20 for a burger. The place always is dirty and often smells like raw sewage. There is also poor ventilation or something wrong for the restaurant as it always looks hazy from cooking smoke. Worst Wendy's I have ever been in. Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave.

The food in this location seems to be subpar compared to other Wendy's locations. The biggest complaint is how gross the entire story is. Every aspect of it is dirty including the tables, the floor, the counter, the bathrooms.
Hire a manager who has some standards and knows how to maintain them.

Wendy's is my go to fast food place. But whoever was cooking tonight needs to be retrained. My motel is only a mile away and my fries were cold and my triple burger patties were overcooked. It was like eating a hockey puck. I won't go back to this location.
