Fries where just dumped in my bag didn't get a fork for my potato plus ordered a sour cream and chives potato and got no sour cream unfortunately working so didn't see it till I got back too work and can't go back pretty disappointing when your forget the one thing in the name of what I ordered

If I could give a negative star I would. Ordered sauces didn’t get them. Ordered frosty. Was asked to pull forward. Waited forever. Ended up having to go in to get them told us that she did t know where they were. They were never made. Finally got them. No spoons!!! Asked for no lettuce on one burger. Full of lettuce. Asked for no pickles on the other burger. Think they gave me extra pickles. Then was over charged on top of it all! Wendy’s in Craig Colorado…. You need to get it together!!!

Food was really good and tasty for Wendys although the tomato was ice cold it made it feel like a cold sub... Hot and fresh fries lacked salt. Spicy nuggets tasted the same as 10 years ago which is great. Ordered at 3pm on a Saturday. Handful of cars in line. They were out of 2 drinks: sweet tea and the energy sparkling drink. Beats McDonald's. Double check your bag as they didnt put any dipping sauces or napkins. They seem to be alot busier than before their remodel. Overall it was great, fresh ingredients. Definitely will return.

They we're amazing I came in twice that day once right before my doctor appointment and they were packed. They made sure I could make it out on time for my appointment and the second was amazing 2 me and my bf went through the drive thru to order and it was the same people working they made sure we got everything double check are straws and spoons were in the bag we actually got extra spoons and straws lol. Overall it was amazing and love the remodel! The Wednesday frosty is amazing if you like black cherry it's 100% for you!

Not sure if there store is having issues or if there is still things being worked on. But I pulled up at 9:30 pm to go get some food I tried the door and it was locked hours evn say 10 pm but I was fine with that. Then I went to the drive through and rifht as I pulled up they turned he lights off. Not to mention my parents went here earlier today and the lady talking in the mic was very rude took our coupon and didnt give the proper price. I used to love this wrndys and the staff were always nice but this is just ridiculous.

Usually the people are great but I have never received such disrespect from a general manager. She seemed like the job was to much hassle on her and she didn’t have great customer service at all, the store is dirty and the whole staff is disorganized.

Restaurant was hotter inside than outside. Ice not in the machine in the lobby. Cheese not melted on food. And employees act like it’s an inconvenience to help you.

Wendy's corporate site makes it nearly impossible to contact customer care, so I'll shred them here. I have no complaint about my food order; in fact it was very tasty. Dave would be proud. Likewise, the staff (only interacted with cashier) was friendly and competent. And that's why I am upset about the conditions they have to work in. The lobby (delapidated but decently clean by current standards) has no, that's right ZERO, air conditioning! It's stiflingly hot, so how miserable must it be for the kitchen staff? A veritable sweat shop - another chiseling franchisee who clearly doesn't give a tinker's dam for employees. Probably never sets foot in the dump. I won't continue to support your business, and I like Wendy's... admonishment!
The place was filthy. Tables had a film on them, and the floor needed a good mopping. Outside temp was 81. Inside the restaurant it was easily 90. I was shocked at how hot it was in there. Most of the workers behind the counter were standing around. The same one guy was doing all the bidding. Even the manager seemed quite lethargic. 3 young women came in as customers after us. 2 had no shoes on and only bathing suits. The manager and 3 of the employees saw them and did not address the health/policy. In fact, they came from around the counter and hugged the group and said hello. The nuggets were hot and fresh, so the food brings up the stars to 2. I just have an ice feeling after being there.

I have never been so upset with a Wendy’s like the one here in Craig. Every single order I’ve ever placed here was wrong, straight up missing, or like today not even warm! I had super high hopes waiting 10 minutes because I thought it would be fresh. Nope I’ve never in my whole 37 years on this earth pulled out a cold fast food sandwich. The buns were not toasted. The cheese wasn’t melted and it sucks. It sucks to believe in something that keeps disappointing you. Although a therapist once diagnosed me with battered wife syndrome.. Anyways, guess it’s back to the Soylent Green McDonald’s patties. I wish that corporate would come fix this place!
