First they gave me the wrong order then the chicken wrap was hard the chicken was hard my guess it had been sitting for about 8 hrs.it was not edible I had to throw it away. Shame on you!!!!!

Had 5 orders and got it correct. Not the best jr bacon burger. Bun was dry. Fries lukewarm. Baked potato good! Staff needs fresh work clothes. Decent menu, fair prices. Part of order was take out. Carpet wearing out in places.

Kids burger was hard as hell and cold. Daughter couldn't eat it. Chicken sandwich was hard and rubbery. Wife was pissed. My mushroom burger was nice and saucey but hard and cold. Plus bun was fairly rubbery. Fries were cold and tough. Sodas tasted off and watered down with wassay too much ice(literally a cup of ice with a taste of sodas) Chicken nuggets were onnoar with normality.
All the way around a disappointing $40 once again

Ive tried this place a few times, and i likely wont be back. The service here is always slow, I waited 30 minutes in line once and there were only four people in line ahead of me. Then I waited another 20 for a burger. The place always is dirty and often smells like raw sewage. There is also poor ventilation or something wrong for the restaurant as it always looks hazy from cooking smoke. Worst Wendy's I have ever been in. Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave.

The food in this location seems to be subpar compared to other Wendy's locations. The biggest complaint is how gross the entire story is. Every aspect of it is dirty including the tables, the floor, the counter, the bathrooms.
Hire a manager who has some standards and knows how to maintain them.

They literally don't know own how to make what they advertise. how is a regular bun and 1 piece of bacon a pretzel baconater? The whole point is the pretzel bun .
Wendy's is my go to fast food place. But whoever was cooking tonight needs to be retrained. My motel is only a mile away and my fries were cold and my triple burger patties were overcooked. It was like eating a hockey puck. I won't go back to this location.

First place I had Wendy's in America as an Aussie traveler. Got the bacon burger and fries, which was good, but the soda drink I had was flat. The worker couldn't pick what I way asking for because of my accent, but in the end got what I wanted except for a lemon drink to replace the flat soda that I had.

No star not a option old chicken had to be in warmer longer than allotment dinning room dirty and nasty cash register put food in bags for dine in because they couldn’t walk over and clean trays her job also didn’t cut the chicken for the salads all around the worst Wendy’s anyone can go to burgers burnt and old and when they are done making orders you can see the mess on the sandwich line but conversation is more important than cleanliness bad store urg not to go
