Awesome spot in Creede. Location and adviene are great. Service is friendly. Black walnut old fashioned is legit. Bar and food are awesome for any location, but stand out in Creede.

Right downtown. Walk to everything we needed. Food was great and they have a lot of seats and tables. If it is busy, be patient, our stuff was hot and amazing and everyone was friendly. Room was comfortable, quiet and great.
Rooms: Over 110 year old hotel. Great setup. Quiet, cute and comfortable. WiFi was excellent and everywhere on the property if you don't want to work in your room. I grabbed a table downstairs.
Walkability: Right downtown. parking is on the street but our car was right out front.
Food and drinks: There is a restaurant right downstairs. Check their hours. Great food and drinks.

Wish we would have read the reviews before spending our time and money. Not the mention the fact that the four of us were sick after eating there (all ordered different things) The music was fun but the gut ache for 12 hours was not worth it

“Beef short ribs” were obviously a piece of brisket that wasn’t even trimmed properly. Good sauces but otherwise this restaurant has poor execution. Not worth the money at all unless it’s the flank steak with coriander sauce.

Came into town after Labor Day so not many places open for dinner. Stopped into the Creede Hotel and sat under the tent. Food was delicious and service was great. Shout out to our server Maggie who not only had food recommendations but also gave us some local tips.

Late opening for lunch and it went downhill from there. Between 4 of us we had a burger, 2 soups, a house salad, and a fig salad. The soup was good, other than that it was very disappointing. Too bad, used to be a favorite.

Mediocre dining experience, especially for the price. $36 for bison bolognese, which might have been fine if it'd been served with a reasonable amount of pasta. There was half the pasta in the bowl to both fill a belly and stand up to the sauce. The response when we asked for just more noodles was incomprehensible. The lobster and prawn ravioli were rather tasteless and otherwise drowned in sauce. My husband found a hair in his salad.
Service was awful. Sat 10 mins before anyone came. Had to ask for glasses for water; hunt for condiments, refill on tea and ketchup. Very disorganized. Fish sliders were blah. Burger was very good. Fries great. Would not return.

Waited half hour for a Margarita which never came so we left. It wasn’t as if they were packed. Very disappointed. We came for lunch the day before and while the service was fairly slow the waitstaff was great so we thought we would come for dinner. Never again.
