“As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Madeline and she was amazing. We loved her energy! The coffee was amazing! We had a Carmel vanilla latte, a salted Carmel mocha latte, and a vanilla hazelnut latte. Our favorite coffee was Back Country. We bought some to bring home. We even left later to head back home just so we can get a cup before leaving town. If your in Creede definitely make a point to stop at the Coffee on the Fly you will not be disappointed.”

“Where do I start? From the ease of making a reservation, the friendly staff, the sweetest waitress, the food that was sheer perfection, or the desert that was so delish. 10/10. Highly recommend. We had steak & lobster fettuccine and it was so perfect. Kim our waitress, was so knowledgeable about the menu, attention to our table, all around made for a wonderful experience. If you’re in the South Fork/Creede area, this is a MUST!”

“We had the best lunch at this restaurant over the holidays! The sourdough bread on the sandwich was outstanding, and the Mexican street corn soup with chicken was the best soup I have had! The ingredients were fresh, and the soup was loaded with chicken. Friendly service, too. We will definitely try them again the next time we are in Creede. I usually don't write reviews, but this place was so awesome, they deserve my time to write a good review.”

“This is an incredible bakery, not for Creede, not for Colorado - anywhere. Particularly the layered pastries, we enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant, the egg sausage green chili pastry, and the brioche. Decent coffee too to pair. It’s a mother-son team, the son is a Cordon Bleu trained baker with everything baked fresh in a commercial bakery nearby and the mother supports and manages the sales. Don’t miss!”

“It was closed (along with half of Creede) at 3 on Sunday when we were in town which left us no other affordable options in town. The family would have loved such a place and we hope to go back next time we are in the area.”
