“We recently ate at the Lacey Rose in Silverton, Colorado. We were looking for a restaurant that is Celiac-Friendly. We were able to have a delicious meal with fries included! YES, they have a GF dedicated fryer and a dedicated prep area! It may not mean much to most, but if you have Celiac Disease, it means a day free from belly pain! We were able to take Cinnamon Pass over the mountain after eating our delicious lunch at the Lacey Rose, while enjoying the live music by Lacey, herself!”

“My best friend and I are staying here overnight for our visit to Silverton. I love the older style rooms. The rooms were so clean. And service was great. It's like a whole little apartment to yourself. Location is great. It's not your modern hotel. If you want modern, this isn't it. I, myself, think this is fantastic. And dishes, soap, and utensils with ice supplied.”

“My usual go to for caffeine is sweet tea usually, but that's not common around here. The barista was very friendly and made some suggestions based on preferences I shared (I usually have coffee with a lot of milk and sugar, and like it strong, not watered down). I asked for a latte and didn't want milk foam so got it iced. She added an extra shot of espresso to make sure it stayed strong, and added almond flavored syrup to help make sure it was sweet enough for me. It ended up being a nice drink!”

“We had a great experience here today. We came into town for lunch and were wandering around when we saw the buffet on their sandwich board outside. It was nice to be able to serve ourselves right away. The offerings included fried chicken, chicken wings, fresh bread, peas, corn, sauerkraut, carrots, salad, beets, fruit and much more. The inside was pretty busy, so we sat outside and they had a great duet singing there today. Service was fast, food was tasty and the atmosphere was just right. Near the train station and just between the two main blocks. I would go back again!”
