“Our last night in Telluride we stopped in here for dinner. It was amazing. We started with the foccacia, delicious. My husband got the special which was veal ravioli with a cream sauce, it was absolutely amazing. I had the lasagna, the portion was huge.”

“It’s rare that my partner and I go out in Telluride or Mountain Village. We both work in the area and decided to take a half day to spend the afternoon together. Given the unusual but beautiful March weather, we decided on Tomboy Tavern so we could sit outside and enjoy the sun. The hostess met us promptly with a smile and sat us right away. Our server Liam was superb. My first drink choice was out of stock, so Liam accommodated by choosing the perfect flavor profiles I was looking for. We were just here to enjoy a drink and light snack, yet were met with professionalism and kindness. Liam made us feel just as important as any other guest spending much more than us. “Cant speak for the food, but tracks was a great place to get a drink after a long day of skiing. The weather was great, so we sat at a table outside and got a drink from the bar (with quick and efficient service!) Any easy, accessible place to enjoy a drink outside, or sit at the bar inside.”

“This place is 5 stars from start to finish. Walking in, the atmosphere and vibes are immaculate with a really cool interior and two bars both with different but fun settings. The service was great, despite our server having 2 large parties the whole time we were there. However, the food is by far the best part. Not one bad thing was ordered. The edamame was the tastiest I’ve ever had, such a delicious sauce on there with a little kick. The fried chicken rice was unique and flavorful and moist. The brisket ramen dish was incredible and full of flavor with the broth being one of the best parts. Finally, the key lime pie with berry compote was perfection. 10/10 wish I could eat this every day. No notes”

“Best dining experience we had in Telluride. Only a few tables here but had a great experience sitting at the bar. Sydney was such a delightful barkeep and made the best old fashioned I've had in years (which is my go-to drink, so that speaks volumes.) The fresh pasta and asparagus dish was absolutely delicious. We tried to return for another dinner but they were booked the rest of the trip. Highly recommend reservations and it is a MUST when dining in town.”

“We visited Telluride in January. Brown Dog is not ordinary pizza. It was extraordinary-I’m completely ruined for pizza anywhere else! We’ve talked about this place countless times since our visit 8.5 months ago. The service was great (I believe our waitress was named Becca) and out of allll the great places we visited in Telluride and Mountain Village, this was the place we’re still talking about. Highly, highly recommend! I don’t know if I’ll ever get back to Telluride, but if I do, you’ll find me at Brown Dog Pizza!”

“Just tried this spot for lunch and it was so good. Everything tasted super fresh and homemade, you can tell they really care about the quality of the food. I ordered the pork belly bowl and it was absolutely delicious.

The restaurant itself has such great vibes too, really good music, relaxed atmosphere, and just an overall good energy that makes you want to stay awhile.

Definitely go if you are looking for a healthy lunch that does not sacrifice flavor. I will 100% be back!”

“The service was excellent, but the food…hot and cold (NO pun intended). My black bean soup was excellent, and so was the salmon. In fact, the salmon was one of the best I’ve ever had. The Crispy Shrimp & Calamari, shared at the table, wasn’t really crispy at all. It had a tiny bit of sauce drizzled over it, but most pieces didn’t get touched by it, so you had to either ask for a side of dipping sauce (which we didn’t) or eat it plain. Also, there were hardly any shrimp in with the calamari. My Caesar Salad was awful. Before ordering, I confirmed that the dressing was made in house, but it was a tasteless, bland, cream colored, nondescript thin liquid, without a hint of garlic. I didn’t complain, but I tried my only other option of adding plenty of salt and pepper, which just didn’t help. We didn’t order dessert, so I can’t comment on that element. Overall, I think Cosmo’s is a very fine restaurant, but maybe we just didn’t choose well. I would certainly go back, but I would never order the Caesar again, and I would carefully discuss the calamari with the server before committing to it.”

“I really wanted to like the National more than I did. Great menu, ratings, and we went out of our way to squeeze in for a meal. But just not what I was hoping for. It’s all good, but was expecting more. More flavor, more unique tastes, more impressive presentation. The olive oil martini was a highlight for me. I only show the gnocchi in pictures, but tried 3-5 apps and some squid ink pasta. You can do a lot worse, but I was hoping for so much better.”

The whiskey is smooth as silk and the use of the Colorado juniper berries makes for a bright and vibrant gin that is very pleasing on the palate whether straight or in a cocktail. 10/10 will buy both of these products again.”
