“This is one of my first stops anytime I come to Telluride. Once you have visited you will understand why. This small but inviting establishment offers more than you can imagine. Looking for a wine to sip? A wonderful cocktail? A small bite to eat? Charcuterie to share? Great service and knowledgeable staff offers it all. Oullie and Dustin have created a great environment to relax in after a long day in town or on mountain. If in Mountain Village, this is a most stop spot for anyone looking for a great place to unwind!”
“Tucked away in the village center at Telluride, Boracho's is worth finding for lunch on a ski day, or a casual dinner when you want good food without spending a fortune. The pulled pork sliders and the empanadas were great, and the tater tots were perfectly crisped to make you want more and note. The owner runs the show tamed with the Poacher's Pub bar, where they have a nice selection of draught beers.”
“Listen - the only thing you really need to know about this place is that it's only $8 for a breakfast burrito that will keep you skiing til 2pm. Or, share it with a friend and save that $4/each for a shot of fireball when you need to warm up on the mountain. Pick is essentially Telluride Ski Resort's version of Chipotle. Pick a meat (or not), choose your fillings, and wrap that all up with a burrito. You'll be in and out within 5-10 minutes and both your wallet and your tummy will thank you. It would be great if they opened a bit earlier than 8am, but aside from that, this was a great bang for your buck brekkie or lunch option. Next time I can't get enough pow but I know I need lunch, I would definitely go back and order a burrito or bowl to get me back on the mountain faster than I could even get my order in at Tracks!”
“Only been here for lunch but the food is always gas and quick turnaround time. While their menu is limited, definitely worth your time, especially with its close proximity to everything. If you want tacos but don't feel like going all the way to Gnar or down into town to Uno Does Tres check this spot out!”
“Surprised at the low ratings for this place. I'm not even a big hot dog gal, but this place was one of the better spots in the mountain village to grab food from! Once you realize you're going to spend more money than you'd like on mediocre food, you might as well get the most out of it. Shake N Dog hit the spot. The service was quick, easy, and the guy was pretty impressive. Dude had just come in to his shift from snowboarding, and he helped us out right away and we didn't even have to repeat our order (we ordered 3 dogs). Priciest hot dogs I'll ever eat, but they deliver on the flavor. You build your own by choosing your dog, bun, and toppings style! We opted for the Cubano style, chili cheese dog on a pretzel bun, and the beer brats on a hoagie. All three were delicious and filling! Loaded generously, soft, fluffy buns, and thick, meaty dogs. Definitely would revisit, and recommend if you're looking for a great lunch!”
“Awesome place to rest and have a bite to eat. Nice menu of sandwiches, chili, baked potatoes, assorted beverages. Friendly and fast service. Often live music or a DJ. Cool outdoor seating areas like a beach and indoor in their cabin.”
“I’ve stopped in for a couple beers while in town and enjoy their Souza Sour a lot. Today I ordered an elk brat, but was rang up for a burger (it’s whatever, I was hungry) which turned out to be the best burger I’ve had my whole trip to CO. Absolutely put the previous nights steamed burger to shame, and I’ll for sure be ordering another”
“For a hotel coffee shop it’s very good. Service was quick, my Americanos were good. I wish they did pour overs, but beggars can’t be choosers.Vegetarian options: Muffins, croissants”
“A great place to get cheap drinks and food with friends outside in the beautiful summer weather. Kayla and Billy have great attitudes and have great customer service.”
“This place is hard to get into but well worth the try. The hostess was awesome and fit us in. The food was amazing as always, and you can’t beat the atmosphere. I hesitate saying all of this because it’s already so hard to get into but it’s an annual favorite of ours. And the price really isn’t bad at all compared to Telluride in general. Cheers!”
“Thank you Bruno for the recommendations outstanding service. Bruno was our waiter, host, and wine specialist. He is a top notch person and made our experience enjoyable. The food is exceptional. I haven’t tried one thing I didn’t love. The lasagna is the best lasagna I have ever had and the bolognese is the real deal. The service is great..the ambiance was nice and romantic.Thank you for making our trip!”
“We went to grab dinner on a weekday night in February and the place was pretty empty we ordered a plain cheese pizza and it was brought to us rather quickly. It has a nice cheesy, garlicy taste and was light on the tomato sauce. It was a bit pricey at $20 but that's what you expect at a touristy place.”
“My family and I got some hot coffees white chocolate mocha the customer service was great very outgoing enjoyed the afternoon and evening time there at Mountain Village my family from Phoenix enjoyed it very much they loved it thank you again for the ”
“Tracks is an easy stop for lunch at the Telluride Mountain Village base. There's a bar and an order-at-the-counter restaurant that both offer fairly quick service...UNLESS you happen to walk in during the lunch rush and they get slammed. Because there's only person taking orders, it can take a long time to get your order in. We walked in at 12:30 (oops) and waited 20+ minutes to put our food order in, and another 15+ for the food. Not a huge deal if you're not in a hurry, but it's not the fastest choice if you're looking for a quick in-and-out on a powder day. We ordered the Avocado toast (and added chicken) and a bowl. The food was generously sized and the quality was solid. We also ordered a couple cocktails from the bar and those were super quick. We also stopped back by in the evening for a couple cocktails and the bartender (whose name escapes me but she's tall and blonde and was about to do a heli-skiing trip) was awesome. I also popped in for an afternoon latte one day and that was also great. Overall, solid pick as long as you're not in a rush.”
“We came close to closing and still received excellent service. The staff was amazing, the food was amazing. Telluride has great food so expectations were high. Petite Manson did not disappoint. The bartender made a great old fashioned. The steak au poivre was excellent.”
“Great food and great atmosphere. We absolutely loved the Chocolate Lab theme as we have a Chocolate Lab. The pizza was absolutely wonderful and the staff was very friendly.”
“Hope everyone is doing great! I just had to share my experience with this hidden gem that I stumbled upon - a super relaxed spot near the Gondola. The seating? Imagine a casual picnic, it's different and sets the mood just right. Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the food. Picture this: a range of enticing, almost authentic street food, that won't disappoint. They've got a terrific variety, fully considering our veggie and vegan friends too!The sides make a world of difference. Think, Mexican corn and a rich roasted green chili Mac and cheese. Trust me, it's lip-smacking good.I enjoyed a plate of Barria Tacos, but the Baja Colorado fish taco was the star for me. Paired with a perfect margarita which was on offer - 2 for 1 that day, it made for a fantastic meal. But here's a special treat for the tequila lovers - they have a broad collection for you to explore. If you're near Oak street in Telluride , this is a spot you can't afford to miss. It was a delightful casual dining experience that blew me away.”
“Wow ! What an experience ! We decided to walk in and try some of their famous french onion soup ! We really lucked out cos my hubby and I said it’s the BEST french option soup we have had ! Our waiter was amazing the staff very friendly and welcoming! and the fact we were having a cozy romantic bowl of soup during covid was very much enjoyed ! It was our first restaurant since last February to dine in since the pandemic ! We will definitely be back ! Our hostesses were very accommodating and we will recommend to all our friends visiting telluride”
“Super cute spot to get a coffee and relax. I highly recommend the pumpkin bread, which has chocolate chip morsels buried throughout (yum!). Sitting space is limited so be flexible if you plan to come here.”
“I’ve been coming here for years but today is a good day to leave this review. Three course menu and very much worth it. Bryce was our server and recommended us just what we wanted. I left the names under each photo for you to recognize the plates.Top best:Onion soupPear and fig saladElk sirloinRack of lambSticky toffee puddingPana cotta.”
“We did the omakase "experience" plus wine pairing. In a word: fabulous. The presentation, variety, and taste were top-notch. It's pricy, but we found it worth the price.”
“Omg this meal was amazing. Everything we got was so delicious and I will be dreaming about it until I go again. Cocktails were delicious, appetizers, entries and dessert. Our waiter was absolutely lovely and it had great ambiance.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible.”
“Never ever disappointed and chef Eliza is the best and always energetic and upping her game. The food is top quality with exceptional preparation detail to perfection. Presentation and service are always prompt, friendly and considerate.”
“The service was excellent, but the food…hot and cold (NO pun intended). My black bean soup was excellent, and so was the salmon. In fact, the salmon was one of the best I’ve ever had. The Crispy Shrimp & Calamari, shared at the table, wasn’t really crispy at all. It had a tiny bit of sauce drizzled over it, but most pieces didn’t get touched by it, so you had to either ask for a side of dipping sauce (which we didn’t) or eat it plain. Also, there were hardly any shrimp in with the calamari. My Caesar Salad was awful. Before ordering, I confirmed that the dressing was made in house, but it was a tasteless, bland, cream colored, nondescript thin liquid, without a hint of garlic. I didn’t complain, but I tried my only other option of adding plenty of salt and pepper, which just didn’t help. We didn’t order dessert, so I can’t comment on that element. Overall, I think Cosmo’s is a very fine restaurant, but maybe we just didn’t choose well. I would certainly go back, but I would never order the Caesar again, and I would carefully discuss the calamari with the server before committing to it.”
“Wait staff was great…thank you Julia! We ordered all shareables for 3 of us. Crispy brussels, kushiyaki prawns, wagyu tartare, spicy cauliflower and lamb lollipops. Julia served each item with plenty of time in between so we could enjoy and savor the experience. Thank you and we’ll be back! Julie and Robin Marsh and Lynsey Marsh Bonebrake”
“Our large party was able to sit inside one of the glasshouses, which made a great for privacy reasons. We really had exceptional food and phenomenal service. I would highly recommend going here if you're in town.”
“Small cramped entryway. But that just leads to a full view of the roasting process Max has set up.Max the roastmaster told me everything about his process and had a indepth conversation about coffee tastes. After I asked for a lb of oaxaca he split my purchase into half a lb of that and a mystery bag which he told me to trust him. After brewing both beans I'm amazed at how accurately Max was able to pinpoint my coffee preferences. I don't usually ship beans but from these guys I gotta!”
“The pepper garlic chicken is delicious. So is the pad thai. Coming from New York City with very high standards, Wok of Joy is a great place for yummy Thai food. Sad that they’re closing their brick and mortar, but their food was delicious when they ran their food truck and it still will be when they’re back in their food truck.”
“Probably the most affordable place to get dinner and a few drinks in Telluride. Their happy hour well drinks were solid, we had two each, a burger, Mac n cheese bites and a slider for under $60 (or somewhere around there). The burger and fries were mediocre but for the price I'm not complaining. It's a cute spot and the atmosphere was fun.”
“Consistently delicious food preparation and excellent service provided by Max. Thanks for being so careful around my food allergy and appreciate the chef making accommodations as well. Highly recommend Talay - a gem in Mountain Village!”
