Fantastic energy and atmosphere. Went here with my wife and another couple. Highly recommend the Ribeye (fed 3 of us). Ask them to slice it for you. And the Cacio Pepe was perfect. Shared that as well
The oysters, beef tartare, and dorade were highlights. Happy hour prior to 5:30 is a good deal.

Based on the reviews, The National Telluride offers a mix of experiences. Service is inconsistent; some staff are friendly and top quality, while others are pushy and focused on upselling. There were also issues with a long wait for a reservation and a small, cramped table. Overall, the restaurant has top quality across the board for some, but for others, it is just fine and disappointing given the hype and price point.
