“I’ve been coming here for years but today is a good day to leave this review. Three course menu and very much worth it. Bryce was our server and recommended us just what we wanted. I left the names under each photo for you to recognize the plates.Top best:Onion soupPear and fig saladElk sirloinRack of lambSticky toffee puddingPana cotta.“
“We had such a great experience here. One of us ate off the regular menu and the other off the veg. Service was lovely. Very creative presentation . Beet(not beef) tartare and the salmon were stunning. Everything else was just as incredible.“
“The service was excellent, but the food…hot and cold (NO pun intended). My black bean soup was excellent, and so was the salmon. In fact, the salmon was one of the best I’ve ever had. The Crispy Shrimp & Calamari, shared at the table, wasn’t really crispy at all. It had a tiny bit of sauce drizzled over it, but most pieces didn’t get touched by it, so you had to either ask for a side of dipping sauce (which we didn’t) or eat it plain. Also, there were hardly any shrimp in with the calamari. My Caesar Salad was awful. Before ordering, I confirmed that the dressing was made in house, but it was a tasteless, bland, cream colored, nondescript thin liquid, without a hint of garlic. I didn’t complain, but I tried my only other option of adding plenty of salt and pepper, which just didn’t help. We didn’t order dessert, so I can’t comment on that element. Overall, I think Cosmo’s is a very fine restaurant, but maybe we just didn’t choose well. I would certainly go back, but I would never order the Caesar again, and I would carefully discuss the calamari with the server before committing to it.“
“Wait staff was great…thank you Julia! We ordered all shareables for 3 of us. Crispy brussels, kushiyaki prawns, wagyu tartare, spicy cauliflower and lamb lollipops. Julia served each item with plenty of time in between so we could enjoy and savor the experience. Thank you and we’ll be back! Julie and Robin Marsh and Lynsey Marsh Bonebrake“
“Fantastic meal all around! Started with the devils eggs and some delicious fresh raw oysters!! I had the Branzino and the hubby had the filet. We cleaned out plates! Literally cleaned our plates! Chefs kiss! Thank you for a wonderful evening! Nice job!“
“Probably the most affordable place to get dinner and a few drinks in Telluride. Their happy hour well drinks were solid, we had two each, a burger, Mac n cheese bites and a slider for under $60 (or somewhere around there). The burger and fries were mediocre but for the price I'm not complaining. It's a cute spot and the atmosphere was fun.“
“Awesome experience, I would highly recommend. Our drinks and food were fantastic and the team members were so welcoming, kind and sweet. We came there for our anniversary and they made the dinner service extra special for us, so appreciated. It’s a dining experience we will cherish for a long time. Thank you to the team at The National!“
“I'm a Telluride local for 5 years now. I first visited Telluride in 1992 and was awed by the historical, cowboy feel of this mountain town. I returned in 2016 because I fell in love with a local. We were poking around town looking for a place to have a drink and a bite, and as soon as I opened the door to Flora Dora, I was sucked in. It is an old West saloon (bar/restaurant now) with dark wood and brass, with a touch of Victorian lace that brought you right back to the mining days of the late 1800's. Flora Dora is in one of the original mining era buildings, one of the few places in town where you can feel part of the history just sitting there. And the food is decidedly NOT from 1890. The menu is varied, with wings, salads, burgers, along with some sophisticated, gourmet dishes. If you're lucky and dining on a night when Charlie the owner is there, he might raise his voice in greeting all the diners and tell some random, heart felt story that brings everyone together and leaves you smiling. If I want to have a bite or a Guinness on tap at the bar, I almost always choose Flora Dora.“
“Very crowded when we went. Worth waiting if you have to but there are many options on Telluride. We enjoyed the Bison Burger and the Elk Bolognese with Truffle Fries.Parking: Park at the garage a couple of blocks away. Get a Lyft or shuttle service anywhere in Telluride.“
“This tavern is in an amazing location right off the chairlift. It offers indoor and outdoor dining options. It is very busy during the lunch rush and because of that we opted for the quickest option and sat at the bar. We still had good service at the bar. Menu options are a bit pricey as you can expect from a ski resort. Burgers and sandwiches are about $25 each but they were fantastic. The Bloody Mary’s were impressive due to their huge size and a lot of tasty garnishes to eat. Great flavor as well, just enough kick on the spice.“
“In a town of mediocre food & service this was a hidden gem. Cosy restaurant in The Hotel Telluride. Our party of 6 ate here 4 times & all were excellent. Guiseppe was a great host & always managed to find us a table when we arrived without a reservation. Service was quick & he was friendly & attentive. The special of the petit fillet with mash potatoes & asparagus plus a glass of wine for $26 was exceptional value. Dessert was very good as well. They even dropped us home afterwards in their hotel courtesy vehicle. Nice atmosphere in hotel lobby for a pre or after dinner drink in front of the fire. 1 night they had a live guitarist which was very nice. Can't fault the food or service. Would definitely eat here again“
“The vibe is the best! The prices not so much. It has all changed post covid as many places have had to adjust. You can ONLY order with a table number and a QR code which can be an issue as big groups gather up all the chairs - understandable, and that leaves no tables with numbers to order food. We had to hover over table #3 to wait on someone to bring out food. We still stop there on the regular, but the prices are insane. $9 for some French fries - which are excellent, but pricey. $8 for a can of beer. I think a lot of the price increase is because they removed the self service. Go for the vibe and the chili, but beware it will cost you some $$$$“
“Very nice "sports bar" atmosphere. The food was excellent, ordered a half rack of pork ribs, and the wife had chorizo soup and grilled cheese. Everything was delicious and had its own unique twist. Service was quick and super attentive despite being packed. You can tell the staff is like a well-oiled machine. Would return for sure, especially to catch a basketball game while having a few drinks!“
“Fabulous restaurant! I booked twenty of us , two tables of ten and the service was outstanding! All of our appetizers were amazing and the main courses were delicious and beautifully prepared. The managers Kelsey and Sam were so helpful to accommodate us and Chris the dining room manager that evening was terrific making sure everyone was happy. I recommend everyone who comes to Telluride to eat here“
“I loved how nostalgic it was. We had Bri I believe her name was, and she was so knowledgeable and kind. The Detroit style pizza was absolutely amazing! We had the Brooklyn Bridge and it fed 2 teenage boys, my husband and I. Highly recommend ?“
