“We visited Telluride in January. Brown Dog is not ordinary pizza. It was extraordinary-I’m completely ruined for pizza anywhere else! We’ve talked about this place countless times since our visit 8.5 months ago. The service was great (I believe our waitress was named Becca) and out of allll the great places we visited in Telluride and Mountain Village, this was the place we’re still talking about. “This place is 5 stars from start to finish. Walking in, the atmosphere and vibes are immaculate with a really cool interior and two bars both with different but fun settings. The service was great, despite our server having 2 large parties the whole time we were there. However, the food is by far the best part. Not one bad thing was ordered. The edamame was the tastiest I’ve ever had, such a delicious sauce on there with a little kick. The fried chicken rice was unique and flavorful and moist. The brisket ramen dish was incredible and full of flavor with the broth being one of the best parts. Finally, the key lime pie with berry compote was perfection. 10/10 wish I could eat this every day. No notes“

“Never ever disappointed and chef Eliza is the best and always energetic and upping her game. The food is top quality with exceptional preparation detail to perfection. Presentation and service are always prompt, friendly and considerate.“

“The service was excellent, but the food…hot and cold (NO pun intended). My black bean soup was excellent, and so was the salmon. In fact, the salmon was one of the best I’ve ever had. The Crispy Shrimp & Calamari, shared at the table, wasn’t really crispy at all. It had a tiny bit of sauce drizzled over it, but most pieces didn’t get touched by it, so you had to either ask for a side of dipping sauce (which we didn’t) or eat it plain. Also, there were hardly any shrimp in with the calamari. My Caesar Salad was awful. Before ordering, I confirmed that the dressing was made in house, but it was a tasteless, bland, cream colored, nondescript thin liquid, without a hint of garlic. I didn’t complain, but I tried my only other option of adding plenty of salt and pepper, which just didn’t help. We didn’t order dessert, so I can’t comment on that element. Overall, I think Cosmo’s is a very fine restaurant, but maybe we just didn’t choose well. I would certainly go back, but I would never order the Caesar again, and I would carefully discuss the calamari with the server before committing to it.“

“I really wanted to like the National more than I did. Great menu, ratings, and we went out of our way to squeeze in for a meal. But just not what I was hoping for. It’s all good, but was expecting more. More flavor, more unique tastes, more impressive presentation. The olive oil martini was a highlight for me. I only show the gnocchi in pictures, but tried 3-5 apps and some squid ink pasta. You can do a lot worse, but I was hoping for so much better.“

“Floradora Saloon is a fun restaurant with a full bar. There is a beautiful bar with nice stained glass all around. After taking our drink order it took some time for the wait staff to come back around to take our food order. The pickled beet salad was a bit sour but the Apple Brie plate with honey and toast was delicious and beautiful. I would definitely eat there again.“

“In a town of mediocre food & service this was a hidden gem. Cosy restaurant in The Hotel Telluride. Our party of 6 ate here 4 times & all were excellent. Guiseppe was a great host & always managed to find us a table when we arrived without a reservation. Service was quick & he was friendly & attentive. The special of the petit fillet with mash potatoes & asparagus plus a glass of wine for $26 was exceptional value. Dessert was very good as well. They even dropped us home afterwards in their hotel courtesy vehicle. Nice atmosphere in hotel lobby for a pre or after dinner drink in front of the fire. 1 night they had a live guitarist which was very nice. Can't fault the food or service. Would definitely eat here again“

“Caravan’s middle eastern food is absolute fabulous! And plentiful! Fresh & amazingly flavorful food. We had the veggie plate with tabouli, baba ghanouj, hummus, spanakopita, falafel & salad. The owner, David & his wife Diana, went above & beyond & we had one of the best experiences ever at a restaurant. I highly recommend Caravan!!“
