“Great place. We chose this place because I am gluten free (celiac) and they had good reviews for it. Our server was a bit standoffish about being celiac and very adamant about the airborne gluten in their kitchen being a ramen restaurant, which I appreciate honestly because it’s nice they care enough to let you know. But I got the pork and rice, I did not have a reaction from it but I did not eat the whole plate.
My husband is not gf and enjoyed his food. Great place for gluten free options but I would give it a 2/5 for being celiac safe just because of their main menu options and cross contamination risks. As a celiac, just be cautious and know how much cross contamination you’re okay with in order to eat here. No complaints about the food or atmosphere!“

“We visited Telluride in January. Brown Dog is not ordinary pizza. It was extraordinary-I’m completely ruined for pizza anywhere else! We’ve talked about this place countless times since our visit 8.5 months ago. The service was great (I believe our waitress was named Becca) and out of allll the great places we visited in Telluride and Mountain Village, this was the place we’re still talking about. “The service was excellent, but the food…hot and cold (NO pun intended). My black bean soup was excellent, and so was the salmon. In fact, the salmon was one of the best I’ve ever had. The Crispy Shrimp & Calamari, shared at the table, wasn’t really crispy at all. It had a tiny bit of sauce drizzled over it, but most pieces didn’t get touched by it, so you had to either ask for a side of dipping sauce (which we didn’t) or eat it plain. Also, there were hardly any shrimp in with the calamari. My Caesar Salad was awful. Before ordering, I confirmed that the dressing was made in house, but it was a tasteless, bland, cream colored, nondescript thin liquid, without a hint of garlic. I didn’t complain, but I tried my only other option of adding plenty of salt and pepper, which just didn’t help. We didn’t order dessert, so I can’t comment on that element. Overall, I think Cosmo’s is a very fine restaurant, but maybe we just didn’t choose well. I would certainly go back, but I would never order the Caesar again, and I would carefully discuss the calamari with the server before committing to it.“

From the food (Diablo bowl, Brie starter, fish and chips and OMG the strawberry rhubarb pie !) to the service with Nicki (who was so nice and so fun!) we had a great time. “As a local, I have loved Kate’s for several years. However, I do NOT like the recent changes. The beloved home fries are gone and replaced with frozen diced potatoes- very disappointing. You can’t upgrade your bread option to a pancake anymore, either.“

“The pastries here looked really good, but we got the breakfast burrito and omelette for brunch. The omelette was good and had arugula with gruyere, but the breakfast burrito was kinda mushy with sweet potatoes. The iced latte was also slightly too bitter for my liking.“
