“Amazing homemade ice cream and great iced coffee. The ice cubes were coffee, which I really appreciated and as an ice cream maker i was impressed my the mix of creative and classic flavors. Try the cinnamon cayenne honey if you can. My dog loved the pup cup. They open early and close at 4, so have ice cream for breakfast and live a little.”

“Great menu options. Very fresh food with thoughtful flavors. We were surprised by the quality of food as they are a new spot, but the kitchen staff is on point. We have been to every restaurant in Ouray and this is in the top three. Friendly service, nice vibe. We will be back for sure.”

“This burger joint has the vibes. Grab a marker and catch a spot. Write some that will last and others can see. Best onion rings I’ve had in a long time. Delicious fries and I had the bacon cheese burger it was very good. You grab your own toppings which I really liked put as much or as little you want and make your perfect burger yourself now that makes sense. But have to give a 4 star because we ordered the saddest chicken salad I’ve ever had if it wasn’t for such great burger fries and onion rings I would of gave a 3 star but I know, who orders a salad at a burger joint but sometimes you want a salad and they had it on the menu so I ordered it. Definitely coming back just not going to order that salad again. Lol”

“Small family run bakery & cafe off Main Street in one of the older building. We stopped in for lunch after hiking into Box Canyon. We ordered the turkey salad with cranberries on wheat and the Italian on a hoagie. The meat was warmed and cheese melted. We picked up a baguette to go for back in camp.”

Coffee was wonderful and Matt took great care of us. We will be back next time we’re in town. Been craving the breakfast quesadilla since we got back to Oklahoma. Wonderful place!”

“Locally owned and operated spot that does it all. Pastries (cinnamon rolls and carrot cake are my favorites), sandwiches, burgers and and hand scooped ice cream.

Two nice shaded porch areas and a very cozy interior. This place is a gem and because it's on the far north side of town most people miss it. Be smart - stop in early in your trip.”

“We visited Telluride in January. Brown Dog is not ordinary pizza. It was extraordinary-I’m completely ruined for pizza anywhere else! We’ve talked about this place countless times since our visit 8.5 months ago. The service was great (I believe our waitress was named Becca) and out of allll the great places we visited in Telluride and Mountain Village, this was the place we’re still talking about. Highly, highly recommend! I don’t know if I’ll ever get back to Telluride, but if I do, you’ll find me at Brown Dog Pizza!”
