Wonderful staff and great food
Best food I’ve ever had! Everyone must try it.
I love this place!! I am in Ouray working and I had a very stressful very long day, I googled restaurants that deliver I just didn’t feel like being in a crowd. I found this gem of a place that delivered in town and right to my motel room door. I ordered the Turkey Manhattan and I must say it was fabulous.

Ouray CO Restaurant, Bar & Pizza by Mineshaft Ouray offers great and delicious food with an amazing, fun atmosphere. The downstairs solarium provides a lovely view of the Ouray mountains, hot springs, and pool area. Guests enjoy tasty, if sometimes heavy and greasy, pizza, excellent salads, and very good sandwiches like the cordon bleu. The fried pickles are a favorite. Portions are large, often leading to leftovers, and everything is decently priced. Drinks are amazing. The staff provides genuine, friendly, and amazing service, often going above and beyond, even if occasionally seeming overworked. The overall vibes and view, with lots of plants outside, are wonderful. It is a highly recommended place that does not disappoint.
