We had the most incredible dining experience at The Saloon inside the beautiful Western Hotel. Amazing. My husband and I were spending my 50th birthday weeknd in Ouray. On our last night we wanted a special dinner for my actual birthday. The Western Hotel Saloon did not disappoint. The atmosphere of the space is top notch. The hostess was gracious and seated us quickly. Our server was personable, helpful and prompt.
