“Ate here March 24th, 2024 during a spring snow storm. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 8. The food was superb and our waiter Eric was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this place....you won't be disappointed!!”

“I was in Texas for a fun filled trip with two pre-teens over the weekend. After a long day of shopping I need some good food and good drinks, and looked for a cool taco places around me. I stumbled upon Gnar Tacos and it was DELICIOUS!!! In the rush of getting back in the road I left my backpack there. Of course I was almost all the way back home 3 and a half hours away when I realized this and started panicking!!! I was able to speak to Ryan and he told me he would happily mail me my backpack back since we lived out of state. Not only did I get my backpack back so quickly the box came with all this cool GNAR swag!!! I can not say enough about this place. The food and drinks were amazing but the people by far make it so much better!! Going back every time we are close!!”

“SERIOUSLY delicious. So much stuff is fresh and it's seriously the best falafel I have EVER had, no contest. The oat milk latte was delicious too! Awesome to find yet another great place with vegan options in Ridgway. Can't wait to come back here!”

“Thanksgiving dinner here was a rip off! Goey over saged dressing, dry turkey and way over priced! Was the only place in the area we vacationed to get Thanksgiving dinner and it was so disappointing! Not to mention the wait staff was slow, unattentive and not very friendly! 5 thumbs down! Don't waste your time and money!”

“My husband and I went on a Saturday in March around 5pm and had the place pretty much to ourselves. The drunken noodles were some of the best food I have eaten at a restaurant in a while. Would recommend to everyone!”

“Walking around checking out the little town found this wonderful Mom/Pop ice cream shop.Perfect!Lots of selections of good ice cream, place was clean, staff friendly, nice sitting area outside, & they will let you have a sample of their products if you are unsure.RV parking to the left side or across the street at the park.”

“Had Lunch there today. We live here but have never tried it. It was very good! We ordered a couple Modelo's and they were served with frozen glasses. Nice touch. The Burrito and Carne Asada tacos were very good! The food is served on hot plates which is great, yet the food itself was only warm. Not hot. We enjoyed it so much that we ordered a couple of entrees togo, for dinner later.”

“Tammee and her crew catered our daughters wedding in Ouray this past weekend. Fabulous doesn’t start to describe! She also did the cake which stole the show! Several comments I have gotten since included ‘best wedding cake I’ve ever tasted’ to ‘top 3 cake in my lifetime’. We followed up by going to the cafe on Sunday where again the food was fantastic! If you need an event caterer or a place for lunch/dinner True Grit is the place!”

“I was the most excited customer to ever visit. And it did not disappoint! We are adopting our two children from Costa Rica and Luis’ restaurant is the only Costa Rican restaurant in Colorado that I know of. I’ve never had ceviche and was nervous to try “raw” fish. But oh my word. It was so yummy. I was even more impressed by the watermelon juice. Freshest fruit I’ve tasted in CO. Wish his restaurant was in Denver so I could have a different drink from here every day. He also makes the guac fresh upon ordering. Wow, Luis, gracias! Can’t wait to bring our kids!”

“Kate's Place is AMAZING! Definitely a hidden gem in Ridgway! The server was kind and friendly, while it took a little bit to get our order taken, food came out pretty quickly! Had the breakfast sandwich and it was phenomenal!”

“Loved our room. More than I expected. So comfy and beautiful. The bed, pillows and comforter were all soft and perfect. We slept through the night. Great location. The on-site spa, chlorinated, pool, Hot Springs pool, restaurant, and bar were extra bonuses. They even have bicycle rentals. The free breakfast is a grab and go bagel, muffins, fruit, yogurt, coffee and hot cocoa. Perfect breakfast options for us- no fuss. Some TV sounds come through the walls or ceiling but nothing too loud. We couldn’t hear the live music from the on-site bar from our room unless I sat on the patio. There is a neighborhood tennis court and concrete walking trails located across the street from the lodge. This was not associated with the lodge, however, we enjoyed it. We got great recommendations for the town from the girl who checked us in. We enjoyed our stay and will return.”

“Eating at the Brickhouse is a must do if you are visiting Ouray. The co-owner, Lauren, is an expert mixologist. Her cocktails were special and unique. The food was delicious with highlights being the weekend special, a ginger rib appetizer and a decadent, chocolate flourless cake topped with saltedcaramel ice cream and crisped hazelnuts. We appreciated the friendly conversation and the advice for other places to visit and things to do in the local area. We are sure glad that Erin was able able to get us seated. We will be back.”

“Had the BEST experience at Kami’s Samis! We actually had breakfast here both days of our weekend getaway because it was that good. Food is amazing! Coffee was wonderful and Matt took great care of us. We will be back next time we’re in town. Been craving the breakfast quesadilla since we got back to Oklahoma. Wonderful place!”

“3rd best burger I ever had and the best handmade onion rings I've had other than Outbacks blooming onions and the fries are pretty good too. The staff are very friendly and the lobby and dinning area is really creative. U can write on almost any surface with a marker. They also have a condiment station were you can customize your burger just how you like it 5 stars.”

“Stopped in for a cup of coffee but ended up staying an hour to talk to the owner. One of the most interesting guys we’ve ever met. Full of life and shared the best stories. Delicious coffee was just a plus. Support local!”

“The wings in Buffalo sauce were excellent. The French fries were extra crispy as requested. And the ESB draft beers were as good as any we had in the UK. Add in the friendly staff and quick service and it should be on your “must” list when you are in Ouray.”

The new chef is working hard to stand apart from the local pack; they are doing and outstanding job! We suggest you add “Irish nachos” to your menu. Visitors will be flocking to the Full Tilt as a place to meet friends and enjoy a great meal.”

“Only reason for 4 star is usually Thai curries many are not as watery as they serve here. But it tastes decent. Could be much better if they heat it longer. They serve you food in 5 mins however busy they are. So can’t expect curries to cook to that level consistency. But being a guy who cooks Indian Thai and Vietnamese curries I believe they can work on this.”

“My husband and I were visiting Ouray a few weeks ago. We stopped by twice during our stay. Mojo’s is such a treasure, the Honey Badger has lived rent free in my head since we got one as we were leaving town.”

“11/10 experience. As every other restraunt told us their kitchen was closed we found ourselves a little down and dissapointed we finally got to the Colorado boy and Autumn really saved the evening. She was polite, nice and went above and beyond. We will absolutely return. The food was fantastic, it's a lovely building and the staff was on top of it.”
