“I truly cannot say enough amazing things about the Adobe Inn!! We did a full buyout for our wedding weekend, and several of our closest friends stayed there. We also hosted our wedding after party at the Adobe, and it could not have been more perfect.

Seth and Hunter went above and beyond the entire weekend. They were always there, ready and willing to do absolutely anything we needed, and made us and all of our guests feel so taken care of. Having so many of our best friends all staying together in one place made the weekend even more special, and the after party was SO much fun.

The Adobe Inn became such a special part of our wedding weekend, and we are incredibly grateful to Seth and Hunter for everything they did to make it unforgettable. If you are getting married in the area or looking for a place to bring a group together, I cannot recommend doing a buyout here enough. Truly the BEST experience and the BEST people!! 🤍”

“Used to go to True Grit. Food & service left a lot to be desired, & we got charged extra for side dishes that were supposed to come with the meal. Even with a 25% military discount, it's not worth it anymore. Now, along comes The Lazy Dog Saloon who saved my day of ravenous hunger with their delicious foods. Drove from Cedaredge to Ridgway looking for a good meal. Here it was! Succulent, cooked med. rare sirloin with honey sweet baked beans topped with crispy bacon. & loaded mashed potatoes with crisp bacon bits & cheese. I will certainly be eating there everyday while we are camped there for the July 4th holiday.”

“As a local, I have loved Kate’s for several years. However, I do NOT like the recent changes. The beloved home fries are gone and replaced with frozen diced potatoes- very disappointing. You can’t upgrade your bread option to a pancake anymore, either.”

“This burger joint has the vibes. Grab a marker and catch a spot. Write some that will last and others can see. Best onion rings I’ve had in a long time. Delicious fries and I had the bacon cheese burger it was very good. You grab your own toppings which I really liked put as much or as little you want and make your perfect burger yourself now that makes sense. But have to give a 4 star because we ordered the saddest chicken salad I’ve ever had if it wasn’t for such great burger fries and onion rings I would of gave a 3 star but I know, who orders a salad at a burger joint but sometimes you want a salad and they had it on the menu so I ordered it. Definitely coming back just not going to order that salad again. Lol”

“Small family run bakery & cafe off Main Street in one of the older building. We stopped in for lunch after hiking into Box Canyon. We ordered the turkey salad with cranberries on wheat and the Italian on a hoagie. The meat was warmed and cheese melted. We picked up a baguette to go for back in camp.”
