“We had a great experience at Chamayo! Nate was our bartender and server, and he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. He mixed me a delicious Chamayo Cosmo that was perfectly balanced, and our food was excellent. I loved the bison burger, and my husband really enjoyed the chicken tacos.

Quality takes time, and with Roberto you are pretty much guaranteed to receive a quality cocktail. “Pet Peeve: when people speak in superlatives (especially as a former English teacher). That being said… my wife and I just shared the Beersalmic Chicken Melt; and it was the BEST sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. It left me speechless… which is one hell of an accomplishment! The Copper Cabra (Moscow Mule) was also fantastic. Last, but certainly not least… the service was top notch!! 10/10!! You won’t regret it!!!“

“When I tried to order online, there was no option to make an item vegan, so I called to make my order instead and they understood what vegan meant. I got the drunken noodles (Phadkeemow) with tofu and really enjoyed them. As another reviewer said, the noodles were not at all like the traditional thick and chewy noodles, but the sauce was delicious, and the dish still hit the spot for me.
