“Just had lunch at James Ranch a HUGE shout out to Grant!! Being a restaurant owner we're always "watching " employees. Great hire on him very well mannered ( yes ma'am and yes sir) I know personally good employees are hard to find and he's a good one!! The food was outstanding!! Highly recommend this place. We even visited the store and purchased apples, plums & peaches ❤️“

“This place knows how to cook breakfast and hands down knows how to use green chili. I highly recommend their omelettes, pancakes and most of all the green chili grits. Huge portions and super friendly staff. It’s a Durango gem!“

“I had a great experience that was facilitated by Roberto. He is an impressively talented bartender, and absolutely personable. You would be lucky to have him craft you a cocktail. I’m confident that he could please even the pickiest of drinkers. I look forward to being served by him again and seeing what he creates. Be patient if you are dining during busy hours. Quality takes time, and with Roberto you are pretty much guaranteed to receive a quality cocktail. Take this into consideration if your wait to receive a drink is longer on weekends or during dinner hour. You are paying for quality, not speed.“

“The atmosphere was so awesome and our waitress was great . The food on the other hand was WAY overpriced for what you're getting. Our steaks were tender but tasteless and were mostly grisle and the vegetables were inedible imo. probably won't return .“

“We happened in this restaurant as a last minute “happy to get in” evening meal. WHAT A GEM!! We loved everything about it! The service, the meal, the camaraderie among the staff, it was a fantastic experience. Many of the staff checked on us and took time to visit. We watched them celebrate other tables and everyone dining in seemed to feel the same. Smiles all around as people dined. Highly recommend!“

“I went last week and got drinks for my birthday and Lily made my weird request by making a cocktail with the alcohol on the side.. I got a couple weird looks from the other customers and had to clarify what I meant but it was a great drink. Food was mid but will definitely order drinks again!“

“It was a lovely presentation, way too much food for each course. Unfortunately we did not know about the fixed menu as the menu listed here was different. I wasn't prepared for the fixed menu and just wanted something small. Several people left when they found out the fixed price and menu.“
