“Carver Brewing Co nails that laid-back Durango vibe without feeling lazy or generic. I stopped in and ordered the green chili cheddar burger with the JackRabbit Pale Ale, and that combo just works. The burger had real flavor, not just heat for the sake of it. The green chili actually tasted fresh and balanced, and the cheddar pulled it together without overpowering everything.

The JackRabbit Pale Ale was a solid pick. Clean, slightly hoppy, and easy to drink alongside the richness of the burger. Nothing overcomplicated, just well-executed.

Cathy took care of us and did a great job. Attentive without hovering, quick with recommendations, and kept things moving without rushing us.

“Our family all really enjoyed our evening spent here. We were a party of 10. Ages ranging from 5-66. There were plenty of areas for the kids to enjoy, as well as for the adult's. Arrive early to try and enjoy some of the other entertainment. We (as adults)loved panning for gold with the kids. The train (yes, had to pay a small fee) the kiddos loved it. The food was great. We all had the combo plate. Everyone, actually agreed we liked the chicken the best (didn't try the steak). It was my 2nd time there and didn't disappoint. Definitely a great attraction. Show was great! Also, nice to see the performer's and talk with them after the show.“

“I had a great experience that was facilitated by Roberto. He is an impressively talented bartender, and absolutely personable. You would be lucky to have him craft you a cocktail. I’m confident that he could please even the pickiest of drinkers. I look forward to being served by him again and seeing what he creates. Be patient if you are dining during busy hours. Quality takes time, and with Roberto you are pretty much guaranteed to receive a quality cocktail. “I just got back from an extended stay in Italy with Napoli and Roma as my longest stays. Naples is THE place for Pizza! That’s one of the things it’s known for! I can tell you unequivocally that the Olde School House can easily match and in some cases surpass the Pizza in Italy! Personally, I think it’s among the best I’ve ever had and yes, I am Italiano! As soon as we hit the road from Houston Texas to here, we know pizza and WoodChuck Cider is on the menu. The Code Blue, Angry Hawaiian, Cider, and wings are delicious! An absolute must try and the staff is always welcoming. I asked if there was a way to buy the WoodChuck Cider for home use and the bar tender, Charlie, had me write my name and number down so she could ask the vendor and get back with me. “We recently visited under the new ownership, and it did not disappoint! The drinks were excellent—especially the cucumber cassis margarita, which was incredibly refreshing and unique.

The patio is a huge highlight. It’s nicely shaded and has a great grassy space where kids can run around, which made the whole experience even more relaxing for our family.

The food was just as impressive—fresh, flavorful, and generous portions. The tortillas were especially standout—so good!

Overall, such a great spot for both families and anyone looking for a laid-back meal with amazing drinks. We’ll definitely be back!“
