Wonderful & Great Experience hands down 😇. Cook your pizza for 10 minutes, then slide the baking pan out from underneath & put it on top of your oven. Let the pizza finish cooking, then you can take the tray & slide the pizza back onto it, let it cool for a few minutes.

“We had a great experience at Chamayo! Nate was our bartender and server, and he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. He mixed me a delicious Chamayo Cosmo that was perfectly balanced, and our food was excellent. I loved the bison burger, and my husband really enjoyed the chicken tacos.

Nate checked on us at just the right times, had great recommendations, and made the whole meal even more enjoyable. If you’re dining at Chamayo, ask for Nate—you’ll be in great hands. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I just got back from an extended stay in Italy with Napoli and Roma as my longest stays. Naples is THE place for Pizza! That’s one of the things it’s known for! I can tell you unequivocally that the Olde School House can easily match and in some cases surpass the Pizza in Italy! Personally, I think it’s among the best I’ve ever had and yes, I am Italiano! That being said… my wife and I just shared the Beersalmic Chicken Melt; and it was the BEST sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. It left me speechless… which is one hell of an accomplishment!
