From the pizzas, to the warm roasted vedetable salad, to the lamb ragu hummus bowl, everything was delicious & beautifully presented. Our server, Kai, was very pleasant, attentive, and made our dinner a great experience.
I have been to Chimayo several times and their food is always top notch. Everything I've had is good and last night was no different. I had the Cedar Plank Salmon and it was great. My friend had a sandwich and it looked great as well. My friend and I stayed late and the staff were accommodating. I liked this restaurant. It had a good atmosphere. I didn't get any "weird owner" vibes like other reviewers. We went on a Saturday night and the place was packed. We really enjoyed the acorn fondue and decided to start making a variation of this at home. It's a great idea!
